米油＊75g
薄力粉＊110g
牛乳＊95g
卵白(M)＊7個
砂糖＊115g
ﾚｯﾄﾞﾁｪﾀﾞｰﾁｰｽﾞ＊6枚
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Ingredient : 26×16 cm(10×6 in)]
7 Egg yolk
75g Rice-bran oil
110g Cake flour
95g Milk
7 Egg white
115g Sugar
6 Sliced cheese (red cheddar cheese)
*Preheat the oven to 180℃(356゜F).
*Bake at 160℃(320゜F) for 55 mins.
