今天是我手機刪掉FB,IG的第150天（刪APP沒刪帳號）
網路社群媒體帶來的焦慮與壓力消彌了許多，生活清靜許多
原本花在社群媒體上的時間，被多多地挪來檢視自己、探尋自己
那些一直不斷推延、被擱置許久的計畫，也一一地被執行了
我並不打算永久離開社群媒體，但我會試著要找到平衡點
在這之前，就一直潛水當個幽靈用戶吧XD

今天心血來潮，就發出來了，原先有修正了一個結尾比較陽光的版本

因為精神運動遲滯、記憶渙散的關係，我的言語開始發生困難，也幾乎喪失了釐清、組織細節的能力。所以接下來我要說的話，可能有點零散、破碎。
Hi,I am a patient with Major depression disorder(MDD).
I started losing my verbal ability because of the symptoms like psychomotor retardation and hypothesis.
I am not able to straighten and organize my thoughts well.
What I am going to tell might be a little fragmented like pieces.
