1.コロナ禍の中皆様どうお過ごしでしょうか。自分は車移動。拡大地域へは出入りしない。車内にアルコール消毒を完備し、乗車、降車時消毒。マスク着用等々しつつ、訪問するお店の感染拡大防止のルールに則り、お店に出向いています。皆様どうか個人個人でできることをして、感染拡大防止に努めましょう！💪😊

今夜は「食べログ百名店」に選出される地元からも愛されるあの店へ！広島市の繁華街、流川のど真ん中にある『お好み焼き 越田本店』にお邪魔しました！流川でお好み焼き店といえば、「みっちゃん」「へんくつや」「ふみちゃん」「八昌」などガイドブックでも常に紹介されている有名強豪店が集まるお好み焼き屋激戦区です！創業は1958年。三代続く老舗のお好み焼き屋で地元に熱く愛され続けてきました。店の中央にある鉄板は創業当時からの鉄板を使用しているそうですよ！この大きな鉄板に常時4〜5人のスタッフが一斉に注文を捌き、見事な連携プレー、鮮やかな職人技で次々にお好み焼きを焼いていきます！非常に丁寧な仕事ぶりは必見ですよ！じっくりと野菜を焼き水分を飛ばしたり、茹でたばかりの麺を鉄板に広げる店が大半の中で、こちらは袋に入った麺を使用。丁寧に広げて油でカリカリに仕上げます。出来上がったお好み焼きはちょっと甘めのソースがたっぷりかかったみんなが喜ぶ味！焼いているところから動画でご紹介していますので、ぜひどうぞご覧下さい！

Koshi da founded in 1958. It has been loved by the locals at a long-established okonomiyaki restaurant that has been in the third generation. It seems that the iron plate in the center of the store uses the iron plate from the time of its establishment! Four to five staff always place orders on this large iron plate all at once, and okonomiyaki will be baked one after another with stunning cooperative play and vivid craftsmanship! A very polite work is a must-see! Most of the shops baked vegetables slowly to remove moisture and spread freshly boiled noodles on an iron plate, which uses noodles in a bag. 今夜は食べログ百名店にも連続選出されている評判の店へ！広島市の繁華街、流川のど真ん中にある『ふみちゃん 流川店』にお邪魔しました！流川でお好み焼き店といえば、「みっちゃん」「へんくつや」「越田」「八昌」などガイドブックでも常に紹介されている有名強豪店が集まるお好み焼き屋激戦区です！そんな中で創業は比較的新しいながらも注目を集め、芸能人なども多く訪れる有名店が「ふみちゃん」です！大きな鉄板の前に常時3～4人のスタッフが並び、鮮やかな職人技で次々にお好み焼きを焼いていきます！一見、簡単に作っているように見えますが、野菜の火の通りや水分の抜け具合、ひっくり返すタイミングなど経験に裏打ちされた技が必要なのです！出来上がったお好み焼きはシンプルでしたが、全体の味のバランスがとにかく素晴らしくこれまで食べたお好み焼きの中でもかなり美味しいお店でした！詳しい様子は動画でご紹介しておりますのでどうぞご覧下さい！
