I made it referencing the sweet that is the specialty in Yamanashi prefecture.
It is called "Mizu Shingen-mochi(水信玄餅)" in Japanese and is only available in summer.

0:08 1. Dissolve agar powder in water and boil
- Agar powder 18g
- Water 400ml

3:38 3. Make brown sugar syrup
- Brown sugar 100g
- Water 100ml
- Crystal sugar 30g

- Soy bean flour 1/2 tsp

水信玄餅 作り方 在 [問題] 水信玄餅怎麼都不會凝固... - 看板baking 的推薦與評價
去日本吃了大量的蕨餅之後覺得好喜歡阿!!
朋友分享這個食譜之後決定自己買材料來試試看
食譜以及做法如下

到材料行後買了涼果粉跟糖粉,以及配料的五穀粉
製作過程跟份量:
1.把約400g的水加熱,邊加入適量糖粉
2.煮沸後加入大約9-10g的涼果粉
3.再沸騰大約2分鐘
4.稍微放涼後倒入製冰盒中
但是!!
不管放多久都不會凝固阿 一樣是水狀QAQ
不死心的倒回鍋子後
重複加熱然後加入一把涼果粉
再放涼倒回製冰盒
然後..
目前已經過了快一個小時還是水狀
