剛剛跟丁先生到西子灣夜衝。
算一算我們認識了6年多，人生中1/5的時間，我海邊我邊唱著 刻在你心底的名字 邊喝著酒，想著想著。
我問他：「你覺得我們30年後會在哪？」
他說：「台灣吧？」
30年後，你一定是刻在我心裡的名字。

｜爸爸人在野—38歲餐廳老闆為女兒轉行 做潛水教練露營柴火烤大蝦：收入少一半但我不在乎
38歲的Masyu是一位三女爸爸，現時他是一位潛水教練和瑜珈導師，不過兩年前，他是一位開日式料理店的廚師。23歲時，他笑言因為讀書不好，想學一門手藝，決定去大阪的河豚料理店拜師學藝兩年，回港後做了4年廚房，然後正式開自己的餐廳。本在大坑開業7年，後來搬到元朗再開業3年，做老闆的生涯，一做便做了10年。
為愛女 減薪仍毅然轉行
他形容當時舖頭細細，約有十多個位置，自己主力負責廚房，太太則負責樓面，兩個人打理舖頭相當困身。「朝早10點要準備午市，做到晚上10點才關門，拖好地、收拾好餐廳都已經晚上11點了。有點後悔看不到大女的成長，到第二個小朋友出生時，希望會有多點時間可以見證她的成長過程。」雖然困身，但Masyu一直對烹飪有熱誠，所以選擇繼續營運餐廳，也正因如此，對煮食的要求成為了他壓力的來源。每當有客人催單，他就變得精神繃緊，非常火爆，他笑言在廚房中的自己直頭是生人勿近，「家人全都知道的，入來廚房只敢下單，其他甚麼都不敢講，不會敢催單。」他和記者分享以前在餐廳的相片，當時的他神情極嚴肅，跟現在鬆容的態度完全不一樣。直至一天，他在清理廚房抽油煙機時，發現抽油煙機非常污糟，突然發現原來自己的肺部也像抽油煙機般，一直吸着不少油煙，令他開始擔心自己的健康，加上當時第二名女兒出生，結果36歲時的他，決定毅然把餐廳關閉，轉行以自由工作者的模式，成為了潛水和瑜珈教練。
