经大厨介绍，我们点了三个不同的汤底，有他们的招牌鲜家黄金花胶鸡汤煲，鲜家顶级麻辣煲还有大厨自制的酸菜汤煲。告诉你们，他们家的汤底真的不是盖的, 试过你会懂! *小心上瘾哦！*

还有他们家的独家功夫手打滑和手打丸也一定不能错过，选择多样化，辣椒墨斗滑，黑松露虾滑，杂锦手打丸拼盘等，独特！美味！爽口！

除了一楼的用餐区外，二楼有4间以四大天王命名的包厢，三楼更有间可容纳30人的VIP包厢，全部房间都备有卡拉OK系统!

Good news for those hot pot lovers 🎉🎉 I celebrated my birthday yesterday at a newly open steamboat restaurant 🍲located in Damansara Uptown, which inspired by the old Hong Kong style! Their Golden Fish Tripe Chicken Soup is superbly good, made with super fresh chef-select ingredients and cooked for *8 hours straight* without any MSG added!

Chef recommended us three soup base yesterday, we ordered the *Golden Fish Tripe Chicken Pot*, *Xingapot Premium Mala Pot* and the *Pickled Cabbage Pot* .Don't play play, their soup really good, you will get addicted to it!

Not forgetting their homemade handmade items, their Chili Squid Paste, Truffle Prawn Paste, Mixed Handmade Platter are some of the must-try items! You can't not taste it elsewhere!

Besides the open dining area, they have a number of private rooms with professional karaoke system installed 🔥

Their daily operation hour are from 5pm till 12am daily, and they are off on every Monday. Great food with awesome karaoke system, why not right?

西妹戒YouTube Kids
（竟然有網友記得我講過，咁低質都想睇文字版）

雖然成日都有人講「生仔要考牌」，不過試問又有幾多人識得教仔女？結果每個父母都係不停咁摸索，而我自問就係嗰種亂咁試教女嘅嗰種爸爸。唔知點解有網友記得我响Happy Kongner個live講過幫「西妹」戒Youtube Kids嘅小趣事，要求我寫返出黎同大家分享。

話說因為疫情停課，除咗Home Schooling同做應做嘅事之外，每次screen time「西妹」就不停咁睇YouTube Kids上面嗰啲無謂小朋友打機同玩具片，即係除咗"oh my gosh，oh dear，I'm going to die I'm going to die"呢幾句同AV無分別就無內容嗰啲，再唔係就係一家大細美國家庭假笑懶高興扮呢樣嗰樣嘅無聊vlog。

有一日我終於忍唔住，我問「西妹」：「知唔知爸爸响Social Media做咩㗎？」，咁佢好快咁答話："Writing interesting things，you must be very famous."。聽見佢咁講，我就指正佢錯晒，其實爸爸每日都係寫屎（"What？！"）。

不過只係盡能力咁溝啲飯落去，希望有一日大家都識分屎同飯嘅分別。我講到咁，佢似懂非懂咁啞咗。然後我就打蛇隨棍上同佢講，「你知唔知YouTube上面好多人餵屎比人食㗎，即係no content，剩係entertaining嘅video呢？而且越睇得多，YouTube後面就有啲人繼續塞啲屎比你㗎，你覺唔覺睇黎睇去都係similar things吖？咁你慢慢就唔識thinking㗎喇。」

見佢繼續眼貶貶諗諗下唔出聲，我就問佢：「你睇《Horrible History》係咪都好entertaining同crazy吖？睇完至少學到啲strange history。或者《Glitter Force》（類似美少女戰士），都明白咩係friendship或者kindness。但係睇完你鍾意嗰啲YouTubers，what did you get？」

「係喎，真係nothing but fun喎！」

「嗱，entertainment唔係錯嘅，係人都鍾意食「屎」嘅，爸爸媽媽想唔想用腦都會睇，不過我地知道咩係quality，識得分咩時候睇咩嘢，都會睇返啲有用嘅嘢，即係食飯。但係你係小朋友就唔識分，食得「屎」多，once you addicted to them，以後就唔知飯好食㗎喇？你想唔想咁吖？」

「唔想，NO!」

「咁不如be brave，delete the YouTube Kids，等你知道咩係quality，識得揀先install返吖？」

結果佢竟然話好！然後真係delete咗（之後兩日有啲後悔釣癮鬼晒咁嘈，頂咗兩日癮之後，到今日都無再睇過）。

This deserves a spot on my IG feed 😍

If you ask me what is my most memorable moment in 2020, it has to be this:

Being the main voice actor in my first ever Radio Drama. I’ve always been fascinated by the incredibly talented vocal artists on YouTube: by how they disguise their natural speaking voice, tone, and tempo to bring unique characters alive, and especially when they do so while playing different characters on the same show. 🎙

I know how tough it is and I’ve always wanted to give it a try. 💪🏻

After yesterday, I’d have to admit, this was such a huge learning curve for me. It’s about representing your character, clarity, articulation, mic technique, the ability to convey feelings, and emotions…
— all that, with JUST YOUR VOICE.�
Such a challenging task but I am addicted!

Ed Sheeran最新回歸單曲Bad Habits，上週五才剛發，在英國iTunes直接鎖死冠軍～
Bad Habits不只在音樂性展現與過去帶有鄉村風格情歌截然不同調性，反而是帶著電音感的輕快與能量，高亢旋律好像是在模擬飲酒時的瘋癲，電子鼓點也營造出亢奮的氛圍，就像是深夜裡的酒後派對般，而且在Bad Habits的MV中，我們紅髮艾德更是紅髮變成金髮，還變成了吸血鬼！

Bad Habits雖然是在探討酗酒、徹夜狂歡等壞習慣是如何地難以戒掉並且打亂生活的步調，即便明知這樣對自己和身邊的人都沒有好處，卻還是一再地在片刻歡愉的面前妥協投降。
但覺得也蠻像深陷暈船狀態人們的狀態XDDD 腦袋明知對方如何巧言令色（？）甜言蜜語，腦袋都叫你要下船，但是每當對方出現在面前，卻總無法拒絕～
但是沒有關係喔：）光是有意識到問題就已經夠好了，接下來就是一步步鼓勵自己脫離那樣的狀態，成癮狀態都是為了要保護自己找到讓自己開心的事情，這不是不好，開心不開心都是你這個人，而且可讓自己開心的事也不只有一件，試著去找找其他也讓自己開心的事情吧^^

大家在疫情期間千萬不要因為心情低落就尋求慰藉（酒精或手機成癮都是要注意的）
可以靜下心來想想自己未來，最重要的是只能對我的音樂上癮啦 😆

Ed Sheeran’s latest Single, Bad Habits, has been sweeping iTunes in the UK since its release lats week wowwwww

Bad Habits is not only musically different from the previous style of Ed, the energy with EDM style is also the new highlight of this new Single.

Although Bad Habits is saying something like how difficult it is to quit the problems like alcoholic and all-night partying, even if those who are addicted are quite aware of the fact that its not good for themselves and for people around them, they still indulge in the moment of happiness from the addiction. Personally, I think it's quite like the situation of catching feelings with the wrong one LOL We bear in mind that we should say no, but we cannot help and ridiculously just cannot go away from the wrong one.

But it's okay =] Just being aware of the problem is good enough.
Getting better step by step, even a baby step is fine! The addiction state may be the signal telling you to protect yourself n being happy but the addition is not the only way that can make you happy, so try another way :)

During the epidemic of Covid, please dont be addicted to drugs or anything else. It's my honor if you can be addicted my music tho 😆
