Ya Allah. Memang lah breastfeeding ini sangat memenatkan. Sakit pinggang masyaAllah. Tengkuk dan bahu rasa lenguh. Kaki kebas sebab duduk lama. Menyusu sambil mengiring sangat lah tak selesa. Berpeluh-peluh kepanasan.
Di tambah lagi masalah engorgement, mastitis, bengkak susu tu ya Allah sakitnya. Nipple crack di fasa awal, Allah sahaja yg tahu peritnya. Sambil pejam, mengalir air mata tahan sakit.
Ibu bekerja nak pastikan bekalan susu cukup. Cukup masa, wajib mengepam. Tinggalkan kerja. Kadang2 terambil waktu lunch. Terkejar-kejar.
Lapar dan haus setiap masa. Kalau lapar, susu tak keluar. Emosi nak kena stabil. Sedih sikit, susu tak keluar. Emosi serabut, susu tak keluar. Gaduh dgn suami, susu tak keluar. Sakit sikit, susu tak keluar.
Saya tahu kita semua sedang berusaha keras. Kadang2 rasa nak mengalah. Rasa 2 tahun penyusuan tu terlalu panjang utk dilunaskan.
Di atas segala kesusahan ini, kita tetap teruskan. Tidak bergaji, tiada bonus, tak ada siapa paksa, tak ada siapa suruh. Kita sendiri rela hati nak buat subhanallah. Hebat ibu-ibu semua.
Cukuplah syurga menjadi sumber motivasi. Kerana ini semua adalah jihad. Pahala yang banyak sedang menunggu kita. Allah sangat menghargai penat lelah kita. InsyaAllah anak kita akan hargai jasa kita suatu hari nanti.
Bertahanlah. Gunakanlah segala tenaga dan kekuatan demi anak-anak. Itu sahaja harta yang sangat berharga selepas kita mati.
Kalau rasa down, luahlah pada Allah. Moga-moga dipinjamkan kekuatan untuk terus bertahan.

Oh God. Of course this breastfeeding is very tiring. My waist pain, oh my God. My neck and shoulder feel tired. Legs are numb due to sitting long. Breastfeeding while driving is so uncomfortable. Sweating in the heat.
Added more engingement, mastitis, milk swollen problems oh God it's so painful. Nipple crack in the early phase, only Allah knows the pain. While closing, tears flowing with pain.
Moms working to make sure the milk supply is enough. Enough time, must pump. Leave work. Sometimes taken during lunch. Getting chased.
Hungry and thirsty every time. If hungry, milk will not come out. Emotions need to be stable. A little sad, the milk has not come out. Emotions frustrated, milk doesn't come out. Fighting with husband, the milk doesn't come out. A little pain, the milk doesn't come out.
I know we are all working hard. Sometimes I feel like giving up. Feels like 2 years of breastfeeding is too long to be paid off.
Above all this difficulties, we keep going. Unpaid, no bonus, no one forced, no one told me. We ourselves are willing to do subhanallah. Great moms all.
Heaven is enough to be a source of motivation. Because this is all jihad. A lot of rewards are waiting for us. Allah really appreciates our tiredness. InsyaAllah our children will appreciate our services someday.
Hang in there. Use all energy and strength for children. That's the only treasure that is worthless after we die.
