寫這篇時，完全喚醒在考核班上招募會員的記憶，在卡航的航班中，一般不鼓勵組員離開自己負責區域的艙別太久，所以像是經濟艙的組員，就不會在商務艙待太久，商務艙組員也不會在經濟艙待太久。
但有兩個例外，例外一是主管指派的支援，例外二是在考核班招募會員時。
常常會看到被考核的組員在不同的艙、負責領域走來走去，就是為了多和幾個客人談話、多招募幾個會員，其他組員看到那張表就知道你在忙什麼，很多組員還會主動貢獻自己區域的好客名單，讓考核的組員順利招募成功，雖然那時也是跑上跑下很辛苦，現在想起來也是很好玩的回憶。
