Recipe: Anchor Butterscotch Sauce & Butterscotch Pancake

Butterscotch Sauce
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Anchor Butter (Salted)
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Full Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
.
Methods
1. Melt the butter in a medium heat, add the brown sugar and full cream milk stir the mixture until it's well blended. Then add vanilla essence. Bring the mixture to a boil. Tips: the butterscotch thickens as it cools, so don’t over-boil or make it too thick.
2. Transfer the butterscotch sauce to a container to cool.

Butterscotch Pancake
Ingredients
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 tablespoon Butterscotch Sauce
1 tablespoon Anchor Butter (Salted)
1/2 Milk
2 Eggs
.
Methods:
1. Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
2. Whisk the eggs, milk, butterscotch sauce, and melted butter together.
3. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir well.
4. Heat up the pan with butter and pour the mixture into the pan and cook until its golden brown.
5. Add a piece of butter and drizzle some butterscotch sauce on top of the stacked butterscotch pancake. Enjoy!

Recipe: Anchor Butter Mochi
.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Anchor Butter (Salted)
1 bowl Glutinous Rice Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
.
Methods:
1. Add the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and milk. Then stir until the mixture blend well and smooth.
2. Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes at 600 watts.
3. Stir the mixture until it’s smooth. Add butter and stir it into the mixture until the butter is fully melted and blend well with the mixture.
4. Microwave the mixture at 600 watts for another 2 minutes. Then use silicone spatula to knead the mochi together.
5. Transfer the mochi into the square container lined with parchment paper. Press the butter mochi into the corners and flatten off the top. Chill the mochi in the refrigerator until its firm-up.
6. Cut it into bite-size pieces and dust each piece with flour. It’s ready to be served!

Bila raya, kita dihidangkan dengan pelbagai juadah tapi tetap juga nak cari nasi kan? Nak jimat masa supaya tak perlu sediakan lauk pauk, apa kata kita sediakan Baked Rice with Chicken Buttermilk.
Mudah sahaja menyediakannya. Selain nasi dan ayam, bahan mesti ada ialah mentega Anchor, Susu Tepung Fernleaf Full Cream dan keju parut Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Cheese.
