パイ生地を使ったイタリアンなおにぎらずです。
冷凍パイシートでマルゲリータピザとハムエッグを作りました。
このままお弁当などに持っていけばとても便利で食べやすいです。
I made Margherita pizza and ham egg with Puff Pastry
It is very convenient to bring to lunch

マルゲリータピザパイ
材料
ピザ生地　　　　　1枚
ペパロニスライス　40ｇ
ケチャップ　　　　50ｇ
タバスコ　　　　　少々
ピザ用チーズ　　　60ｇ
ミニトマト　　　　5～6個
バジル　　　　　　5～6枚
卵　　　　　　　　適量

ハムエッグ＆チェダーチーズパイ
材料
ピザ生地　　　　　　1枚
スクランブルエッグ　3個分
バジル　　　　　　　5～6枚
マヨネーズ　　　　　20ｇ
塩・こしょう　　　　少々
ロースハム　　　　　3枚
スライスチェダーチーズ　3枚
ミニトマト　　　　5～6個
卵　　　　　　　　適量

作り方
マルゲリータピザパイ
①パイシートをまな板などに置いて軽く薄力粉を振って6つの長方形に切ります。
②ケチャップとタバスコを混ぜたソースを生地の端を避けて塗ります。
③その上にペパロニのスライスとチーズ、ミニトマトとバジルを乗せます。
④パイシートを上に乗せてフォークで端を押さえて閉じます。
⑤卵を塗ります。
⑥200℃に予熱をしたオーブンで28分焼きます。

ハムエッグ＆チェダーチーズパイ
①パイシートをまな板などに置いて軽く薄力粉を振って6つの長方形に切ります。
②スクランブルエッグにバジルのみじん切りとマヨネーズ、塩こしょうを加えて混ぜます。
③その上に、チェダーチーズスライス、スクランブルエッグ、ハム、ミニトマトを置きます。
④パイシートを上に乗せてフォークで端を押さえて閉じます。
⑤卵を塗ります。
⑥200℃に予熱をしたオーブンで28分焼きます。
⑦焼けたら乾燥パセリを振りかけます。

Margherita Pizza Pockets

INGREDIENTS
1 　sheet puff pastry
40ｇ pepperoni slices
50ｇ tomato ketchup
Tabasco a bit
60ｇ cheese for pizza
5-6 basil
1 egg for egg wash

Ham Egg & Cheddar Pockets

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet puff pastry
3 eggs, scrambled
5-6 basil
20ｇ mayonnaise
a little Salt＆ Pepper
6 pieces ham
3 slices cheddar
1 egg for egg wash

PREPARATION
Margherita pizza Pokets
①Cut the puff pastry into 6 rectangles and place it on a non-stick baking tray.
②On one rectangle, spread a tablespoon of tomato ketchup, avoiding the edges of the pastry.
③Place pepperoni slice and cheese, mini tomato and basil on it
④Place a rectangle of pastry on top and seal the edges with a fork
⑤Brush with egg wash.
⑥Bake in preheated to 200℃ for 28min

PREPARATION
HamEgg ＆ Cheddar Pokets
①Cut the puff pastry into 6 rectangles and place it on a non-stick baking tray.
②Basil chopped and mayonnaise to scrambled eggs, and mix by the addition of salt and pepper.
③Place cheddar cheese slices, scrambled eggs, ham and mini tomato on top of it.
④Place a rectangle of pastry on top and seal the edges with a fork
⑤Brush with egg wash.
⑥Bake in preheated to 200℃ for 28min
⑦Sprinkle dried parsley after baking.
