Going back to Maggy’s introduction of asking How are you, really? It’s so important to ask yourself that question first. It’s the same concept of loving yourself first only then, you have the capacity to extend that love beyond yourself. Take the time to ask yourself this question today How are you, really? Be kind, honest, be vulnerable.
Everyone of us will go through our own journey, we all have varying degrees of trauma, loss, sadness and struggle in our lives but what brings us together at the end of the day is our humanity and empathy for one another. Maggy and I are navigating through our own just as much as you are. Sometimes, it can be a rather difficult journey to endure and we can’t imagine what some of you are going through.. be kind to yourself.
We are here and we are listening.
