(Probably) Never before or will again - a side by side tasting of the Octomore 8.1, 8.2 (duty free only!), 8.3 and 8.4! *squeals*
Update: Winner for me was the 8.3. Supposedly the peatiest ever (yet surprisingly not overpowering) but the youngest of the lot. At 61.2% abv, with dessert sweetness on the nose yet heavy and oily in the mouth. Good without any water. Love.
