My second stop for buka puasa this year is at Five Sails Magellan Sutera Harbour. It's my first time here coz I usually buka puasa at Pacific Sutera every other year. Was there early and had the chance to cover most of it before the crowd comes in before 6pm. Food is only served at 6pm and customers are given plastic gloves. It can fit up to 250 pax and is mostly open air seating and each station is scattered around.

I had the chance to have a little chat with Executive Sous Chef,
Zulkefly Abdullah before I started taking photos my content. Thank you 🤗 chef, that was a nice chat. Super friendly. I really appreciate that. Had a pleasant time dining in. You can't forget the sunset view 😍 today's sunset was beautiful.

Juadah Sutera is available throughout Ramadan from 6pm to 10:30pm daily at RM99nett per adult and RM50nett for children (3-11 years old). Book in advance ya 👌🏼.

The Tom Yam was nice 🤤 I had a scoop of chinese dishes from that station also was delicious. There's also duck and chicken rice, lamb, dim sum, ohhh satay 😋 Pizza, pasta, kebab 🥙 and of course OMG crab claw, still hot when I had it. Brings back childhood memories. Rarely see these anymore. Oh am stuffed 🤣

The promotion also includes a dedicated prayer room with prayer mats and onsite ablution facility for Solat Terawih led by iman and FREE parking 🅿.

萬用丼飯醬
有這味就能做出餐廳丼飯風味
材料
醬油 150ml soy sauce 150ml
味醂 100ml mirin 100ml
清酒 50ml sake 50ml
水 400ml water 400ml
作法
將所有材料混和均勻即可。
親子丼
經典丼飯大人小孩都愛
材料
去骨雞腿 1支 chicken thigh
洋蔥絲 120公克 onion 120g
蔥絲 20公克 scallion 20g
丼飯醬 200ml donburi sauce 200ml
蛋液 2顆 egg
作法
1. 熱鍋,不加油,雞腿皮朝下入鍋,煎至雞皮上色且出油。
2. 將雞腿翻面繼續煎至肉色變白。
3. 放入洋蔥絲炒香。
4. 將雞腿剪成小塊,並加入丼飯醬煮滾後,再煮3分鐘。
5. 倒入一半的蛋液煮至略凝固,再倒入剩餘蛋液煮至滑嫩,撒上蔥絲。
6. 蓋在飯上即可。
壽喜牛肉丼
不輸餐廳的好滋味
牛肉片 200公克 beef 200g
洋蔥絲 150公克 onion 150g
丼飯醬 200ml donburi sauce 200ml
作法
1. 熱鍋,倒入1大匙油,放入洋蔥炒軟炒香。
2. 加入丼飯醬煮滾。
3. 放入牛肉片煮熟後,蓋在飯上即可。
蟹肉滑蛋丼
咕溜醬汁扒飯好過癮
材料
蟹螯肉 200公克 crab claw 200g
蔥絲 20公克 scallion 20g
雞蛋 3顆 egg
太白粉水 2大匙 thicken sauces 2tbsp.
丼飯醬 250ml donburi sauce 250ml
作法
1. 熱鍋,倒入1大匙油,放入蟹螯肉炒香。
2. 加入蔥絲炒香後,加入蛋液至半凝固,起鍋蓋在白飯上。
3. 再將丼飯醬加熱後,以太白粉水勾芡,淋在作法2上即可。
起司燒肉丼
浮誇系瀑布流在家也能輕鬆做
材料
梅花肉片 200公克 pork shoulder 200g
丼飯醬 200ml donburi sauce 200ml
熟白芝麻 適量 white sesame
起司絲 80公克 cheese 80g
作法
1. 熱鍋,倒入1大匙油,放入梅花肉片煎至微焦香。
2. 放入丼飯醬汁煮至略收汁,撒上熟白芝麻,蓋在白飯上。
3. 起司放入鍋中加熱至溶化,淋在作法2上即可。

馬鈴薯雞肉咖哩
材料
雞肉 1200公克 chicken 1200g
馬鈴薯 500公克 potato 500g
紅蘿蔔 300公克 carrot 300g
洋蔥 200公克 onion 200g
蒜末 30公克 garlic 30g
咖哩塊 1盒(220公克) curry cube 220g
水 1000ml water 1000ml
作法
1. 萬用鍋加熱後(爆炒煎烤功能),倒入2大匙油,放入洋蔥與蒜末炒至洋蔥變透明。(炒出洋蔥甜味)
2. 加入雞肉塊炒至顏色變白,加入紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯與水。
3. 蓋上鍋蓋燉煮,選擇(豬/雞/鴨)+(中途加料)功能。
4. 待中途加料提醒(剩10分鐘時),加入咖哩塊拌勻,再蓋上燉煮至完成即可。
蔬菜豬肉咖哩
材料
梅花肉 800公克 pork shoulder 800g
洋蔥 200公克 onion 200g
蒜末 30公克 garlic 30g
茄子 150公克 eggplant 150g
甜椒 80公克 sweet pepper 80g
櫛瓜 150公克 zucchini 150g
番茄 150公克 tomato 150g
玉米筍 100公克 baby corn 100g
咖哩塊 1盒(220公克) curry cube 220g
水 1000ml water 1000ml
作法
1. 萬用鍋加熱後(爆炒煎烤功能),倒入2大匙油,放入洋蔥與蒜末炒至洋蔥變透明。
2. 加入梅花肉炒至肉色變白,再加入水。
3. 蓋上鍋蓋燉煮,選擇(豬/雞/鴨)+(中途加料)功能。
4. 待中途加料提醒(剩10分鐘時),加入所有蔬菜與咖哩塊拌勻,再蓋上燉煮至完成即可。
南瓜牛肉咖哩
材料
牛肉 900公克 beef 900g
南瓜(去皮) 800公克 pumpkin 800g
洋蔥 200公克 onion 200g
咖哩粉 50公克 curry powder 50g
蒜末 30公克 garlic 30g
水 1200ml water 1200ml
鹽 1茶匙 salt 1tsp.
糖 1茶匙 sugar 1tsp.
作法
1. 萬用鍋加熱後(爆炒煎烤功能),倒入2大匙油,放入洋蔥與蒜末炒至洋蔥變透明。
2. 加入牛肉炒至顏色變白。
3. 加入咖哩粉炒出香味,再加入南瓜與水。
4. 蓋上鍋蓋燉煮,選擇(牛/羊)功能,燉煮至完成即可。
椰香海鮮咖哩
材料
洋蔥 200公克 onion 200g
蒜頭 30公克 garlic 30g
櫛瓜 120公克 zucchini 120g
甜椒 160公克 sweet pepper 160g
中卷 150公克 neritic squid 150g
蟹鉗 250公克 crab claw 250g
鮮蝦 12尾 shrimps
紅咖哩醬 100公克 red curry paste 100g
椰漿 200公克 coconut milk 200g
水 900ml water 900ml
九層塔 20公克 basil leaves 20g
作法
1. 萬用鍋加熱後(爆炒煎烤功能),倒入2大匙油,放入洋蔥炒至洋蔥變透明。
2. 放入紅咖哩醬、櫛瓜、甜椒與水煮至滾沸。
3. 放入海鮮與椰漿煮勻,最後加入九層塔即可。
