今天是5/1，也就是所謂的Mayday，講到Mayday，除了勞動節與五月天之外，還有一位在007世界裡非常有名的壞角，也名為Mayday，她就是在電影《雷霆殺機》(A View to A Kill)裡恐怖的高大女黑人。
　
Mayday外型就很突出，黝黑的皮膚與修長高大的身材，再加上孔武有力的體魄，她的出場戲就把龐德給揍到不行，很慘的是當時飾演龐德的Roger Moore羅傑摩爾當年已經是58歲高齡，這是他最後一部龐德電影，不但被打，後來在巴黎鐵塔上還爬樓梯追逐，雖說電影總是透過剪接與運鏡讓演員無須真的跑透透，但細看這場追逐戲，也已看得出羅傑爵士氣喘吁吁的老態，真是英雄遲暮。

Mayday的出色演出讓她成為007歷史上少數幾位重要壞蛋，但特別之處還不只如此，她也是第一位身為壞角卻仍與龐德上床的女性，直到後來的《the World is not Enough 綜橫天下》才又破例；但Mayday最意外的應當是最終竟然改邪歸正了，還不是因為跟龐德上床，過去的007電影很常出現龐德以上床來歸化敵方女性的神奇橋段，Mayday竟然是因為自己看透大魔王的冷酷而帶著炸彈同歸於盡，也算是烈女一位。

飾演Mayday的Grace Jones也是藝界傳奇人物，在美國土生土長的她，最早在美國從事模特兒事業時，卻因為她的奇特長相而不紅，不過山不轉路轉，當她到法國當模特兒時卻鴻圖大展，再來才進入電影圈，演了好萊塢的《毀天滅地》(Conan the Destroyer)，也因此與阿諾成為知己，再來才演了《雷霆殺機》。
　
不只是主角才能讓人懷念一部電影，令人印象深刻的壞角同樣可以，Mayday不但夠壞，還能壞得令人喜愛，她是個能代表今日的經典電影角色。
