A golden cross of streaming music surpassed physical music in 2016 tells the world there is no turning back in the music industry!

For the first time, the revenues of streaming music accounted for over 50% of the global music output value in 2019, reaching 20 billion US dollars. To catch up with this streaming trend, music tech startups pop up. For example, “amuse”, a Sweden startup, provides musicians with a tool to trace their music’s daily performance and music consumption and listening habits.

“WARM” tracks music being played around the world, enabling independent musicians to do precise cross-cultural fan targeting.

In Taiwan, the streaming music shares 80% of the music market, leaving physical music striving for 10%. Evidently, digital entertainment is trending, and the demand-driven innovation has a promising prospect.

* 講者簡介：
Annick Schramme is the academic director of the Knowledge Community Creative Industries at Antwerp Management School, where she is also responsible for the research output of the Knowledge Center of Flanders District of Creativity, and for some education programs (master class cultural management; master class creative jumpers). Besides, she is the academic coordinator of the Master Cultural Management and the competence center Management, Culture & Policy (Faculty of Applied Economics) at the University of Antwerp. Over the last years she has published about the arts policy of Flanders, the creative industries, local cultural policy and the creative city, heritage policy from an international perspective, cultural entrepreneurship etc. Finally she is member/chair of several boards and/or advisory committees in the cultural sector in Flanders and the Netherlands, like the Royal Ballet of Flanders/the Royal Opera, the Flemish Fund for Literature, The Flemish Children theatre HetPaleis and the Strategic Advisory Board for Culture, Youth, Media and Sports of the Flemish Government and the Dutch Council for Culture.

大稻埕是台北最早發展的地區之一，過去因碼頭河流航運之利，經濟及文化活動十分活躍，有許多的特色建築保留至今，也有許多動人的故事。

Dadaocheng is one of the earliest developments in Taipei. In the past, there had many touching story because of pier river shipping benefit, economic and cultural activities are very active. Many architectural features have been preserved. Many of the traditional industries gather in this place. In recent years, there are many new career choices to Dadaocheng development.

大稻埕主題明信片共10張，分別為大稻埕 (具有特色的街屋建築)、粒粒皆辛苦(稻指稻米，埕指廣場，稻埕即為曬穀場之意)、希望(著名的城隍信仰與月老)、平靜(茶葉的貿易往來開啟貿易的榮景)、享受(許多南北貨的商家特色，有茶葉的輸出也有其他商品輸入)、重逢(永樂市場為布料批發集散地)、你好(在經濟發展後的娛樂事業以及傳統戲曲，目前有大稻埕戲苑作為傳統戲曲表演)、1920s (發起文化及社會運動的蔣渭水先生及當時世界各地的歷史人物)、勇敢(歷史上不同的族群在稻江這勇敢的乘風破浪開創新局)以及持續前進(我們現在在大稻埕所做的事)等內容，將大稻埕的建築及歷史以插畫圖像傳達，生動的描述一個地區的歷史。

Dadaocheng postcard including ten topic. Respectively, Dadaocheng( possess architectural features), every single grain is the fruit of hard work(dao means rice, cheng means square and daocheng is meaning rice drying ground), hope(the famous godliness City God and god of marriage or matchmaker), tranquil(tea business open trade prosperity), enjoy(many North-South goods have featured businesses, there have output of tea and other input goods), reunion(Yongle Market is Wholesale distribution center for the cloth),Ni-hao(after the economic development ,the entertainment and traditional opera have performances in Dadaocheng-theater ),1920s(cultural and social movements initiated by Mr. Weishui Chiang, and around the world historical figures),brave(historically different groups was brave to the wind and waves for open up new situation), finally, keep going(now what we do in Dadaocheng). We use the illustration image to convey for Dadaocheng architectural and historical and vivid description the history of a region. Not only with use graphics to express the beautiful of building, but also use the way of Set postcards and adding the notion of time to tell the development of a region, as well as many stories. Let more people understand the development of Dadaocheng by characteristic of rapid spread of the postcard.

每張明信片有大稻埕的建築外觀，也包含大稻埕的人文特色，用圖像表達建築之美，以一組10張明信片的方式呈現，加入時間的概念，訴說一個地區的發展，藉由明信片快速傳播的特性，讓更多人了解大稻埕的發展來由。

Each postcard depicts the architecture and the cultural characteristic of Dadaocheng. We express the beauty of architecture by graphics. As a set, ten postcards include the notion of time, to tell the development of a region. With the rapid spread of postcard, more people would understand the development of Dadaocheng.

小星球特效Tiny Planet教學! This is the Tiny Planet effect tutorial!
我們這次使用的是GoPro Fusion, 一台攝影機360度環景～也就是說這隻相機有兩個鏡頭，前面與後面個一個。這次Cindy帶我去客家文化園區和碧潭吊橋，拍攝出這兩處最美的畫面，再使用後製軟體做出不同的創意影片。因為Fusion創意無限，這支影片就先專注在小星球Tiny Planet特效，讓大家能夠好好地消化～

In this video, we're using the GoPro Fusion, a true 360 action camera that has two lenses, one for the front and one for the back. NO LIMITS.
Cindy took me to Hakka Cultural Park in Taipei, and Bitan Bridge in New Taipei City, to finally test out the camera, and boy, we're totally convinced. Afterwards, we used the Fusion Studio app to make the Tiny Planet effect.
This tutorial does not include all the creativity aspects of the Fusion, it offers so much more!

怕影片無法完整地傳達教學，以下是小星球教學文字解說：
*在之前呢 先前往GoPro官網下載GoPro Fusion Studio App軟體*

1) 使用Fusion拍攝360度環景影片(建議不超過20秒)
2) 在桌面上建立一個資料夾(例如"碧潭吊橋")
3) 資料夾裡再建立"Front"與“Back"兩個資料夾
4) 將相機的SD記憶卡插入電腦，挑選出你要的畫面(我們一拍就超過30支)
5) 將這些影片分別存入"Front"與"Back"資料夾

==========這時前置作業就完成啦 好玩的地方來了==========

6) 打開GoPro Fusion Studio, 點Add Media
7) 點選你桌面上的資料夾("碧潭吊橋"), 點Open
8) 當電腦輸入影片完畢之後，就可以點選左邊的圖庫，在右邊的工作室盡情地發揮你的想像力囉!
9) 完畢之後就可以點右下方的add to render que, 點選你想要輸出的形式 畫質等選項 軟體就開始render!

*小叮嚀*
Render時很費時間，看影片的長短及電腦的速度...我們真花上3-4小時輸出一支不到20秒的影片!!! 建議可以飯前 出門前讓它跑，就不會浪費時間啦

Just in case the video isn't clear enough, below are the steps to create a Tiny Planet video:
*before everything, please go head to GoPro website to download the Fusion Studio app*

1) Get out, shoot your videos using the GoPro Fusion
2) On computer desktop, create a folder (eg. Bitan Bridge)
3) In the folder create two more folders "Front" & "Back"
4) Insert the SD cards into the computer, choose the clips that you want
5) Copy them separate them into the "Front" & "Back" folders

==========Everything here is done, now the fun part==========

6) Open the Fusion Studio app, click Add Media
7) Click on the desktop folder ("Bitan Bridge"), and click Open
8) Once the computer loads all the clips you chose, you can choose them from the left and work on them on the right.
9) Once you're done, click Add to Render Que, and choose the output format and quality etc.

*Tiny little reminder"
Rendering a video takes SO MUCH time, well, depending on the length of the video and the speed of your computer. It took is 3-4 HOURS to complete a less-than-20-sec video.
