815停電道歉，513停電又道歉，517停電再道歉，諷刺的是，道歉如果有用的話，就不需要台電了，因為今天的供電量再度亮起黃燈，如果再超標，又要啟動分區限電，當年一步登天的能源政策，不僅危害藻礁生態，更導致今日的苦果。

513大停電時，忠黨愛國的飛帆副秘書長第一時間發文定調「是輸配電網故障，不是缺電」，但文章當中千瓩（MW）的單位卻打成「MV」，開創電量新單位，看來是在預告民進黨未來不只有做圖效果快，拍MV也快，真的！

經濟部長王美花，任內缺水又跳電，卻還在思考如何做梗圖帶公投風向。面對水情吃緊，拖延耗水費開徵；面對供電吃緊，不改善電網問題，灌水備載容量，把責任推給辛苦的台電基層員工，堪稱是本片的最佳靈魂配角！

一周摸黑停電兩次，真的好刺激！沒辦法照亮大家的電火球院長，跟蔡總統一樣對停電問題「難以接受」，要求王美花一週內提出改善方案，但我們相信，沒有勇氣面對系統性問題的民進黨，這樣的改善方案，如同過去的台鐵改善方案，一樣只是紙上談兵，毫無實質意義。

我們真心希望，民進黨政府能真切面對問題，捨棄各種華而不實的口號，從電網的改善、節電政策、到能源配比，用先進思維，重新思考符合台灣經濟需求與環境永續的能源政策。
台灣民眾不需要一個政府，整天上演「國家級警報」，不是地震、不是海嘯，而是呼籲民眾準備跳電的驚悚荒謬喜劇！
