家裡原有幾個保溫瓶，但總是沒辦法完全裝進超商賣的卡布奇諾。這個保溫瓶可以裝滿一整杯咖啡（大容量 450 毫升） 它採用雙層不銹鋼設計，可以保持冷熱飲品的溫度。它還有一個方便的小矽膠標籤，有助於防止飲料灑出，並可以毫不費力的掛在掛繩上。尤其是當媽媽的已經沒有手再拿東西的時候。

Yup that’s right, I got on the bandwagon and joined the million+ people that fell in love with this vintage American milk bottle design. I love primary colors, they make a nice accessory to get to 7-11 grab a coffee and save 3NT.

I have about 20 thermos’ at home that just can’t fit a cappuccino from 7-11. This thermos holds my full cup of coffee (full capacity of 450mL) It has a double-layer stainless steel design to insulate both hot and cold drinks. It’s also got a handy little silicon tab that helps to keep the drink from spilling and makes it easy to hang on a lanyard, especially when my hands are full.

SHOULD YOU QUIT YOUR JOB NOW?

“You have to help me quit my job!”

Even though the video was off, I could tell from Bria’s voice that she was in tears. This strong woman couldn’t keep herself together anymore.

“You’re experiencing strong emotions now. That’s very natural,” I said, wanting to help her feel safe and accepted.

After all, Bria and I had only met once in an event. Knowing that I was a coach, she reached out the next day to see if I could help.

If there’s anything I’ve learned from my years of coaching, it’s that when the person is emotional, you need to give them the space to feel it.

So as Bria sobbed, I stayed silent, feeling my belly rise and fall with each breath. After a short while, I could sense that her wave of emotion had passed.

“Shall we take one long easy breath together?” I asked.

I heard her breathing with me. I paused, allowing Bria the time to settle, then I asked her to tell me what’s so difficult to her about her job.

After listening to her sharing, I said: “I can definitely help you, Bria.” I heard a sigh of relief on the other end. “But only if you promise me you won’t quit your job yet.”

3 months after that conversation, Bria waltzed in my office one evening holding a bottle of red wine: “Let’s celebrate!”

She had a giddy grin on her face, the very special grin with a dimple that I’d come to love after many hours supporting her. “Oh! Is it okay for us to drink a glass of wine in our coaching session?” She asked.

I laughed: “Of course. What are we celebrating?”

Bria said, her face brightened even more: “I just realized today that I have the perfect job!”

The most fascinating thing about this story is that the “perfect job” she referred to was the exact same job she had practically begged me to help her quit.

Bria’s circumstances hadn’t changed. But her experiences of the circumstances had changed 180 degrees. Why? Because she did.

Bria’s story teaches me once again, that life is truly created from the inside out.

雖然我超愛到我們家附近的公園運動散步，但最近的天氣在外面總是很熱。有了Ｍosh！現在可以把Kaka最喜歡的冷飲放在瓶子裡，讓她在公園裡玩耍累了之後喝上一口，那個滿足的笑容實在是太可愛了。一系列不同的顏色，適合家庭裡的每個人都挑一色，一起撞色時尚！

While I love that we have amazing parks near our house, it’s always so hot outside. Now I can just put Kaka’s favorite cold shake in the thermos and give her a sip after she’s running around the park with that infectious smile. There’s 6 different colors, one for every person in the family!

Luffy's steak bento contains grilled beef steak, Manganiku(meat ball with bone), Monckey shaped treats(cream Monaka) and so on. You can choose your favorite drink in Zoro's gourd bottle. I chose Oolong tea. The gourd bottle is reusable. Chopper's mousse jelly images Hanami cherry blossom viewing. It's Sakura syrup jelly. 【そのままペットボトル炭酸ゼリー】
今日は、炭酸飲料のペットボトルでそのまま作る『そのままペットボトル炭酸ゼリー』を作りました！夏にぴったりのてぬきおやつで、冷たくて微炭酸のゼリーが簡単に作れます！シュワっとしてとても美味しいです！
個人的にカルピスソーダで作るのが好きですが、500mlのペットボトル炭酸なら他のものでもできます。ペットボトルでそのまま飲むのもよし、器に盛って食べてもよし！ぜひお試しください。

〈材料〉
炭酸飲料(常温に戻す) 470ml
粉ゼラチン 5g

【PET bottle carbonated jelly】
Today, I made "PET bottle carbonated jelly" which is made from carbonated drinks as it is! It's a perfect summer snack, and you can easily make cold, slightly carbonated jelly! It's chewy and very delicious!
I personally like to make it with Calpis Soda, but you can also use other 500ml PET bottles of carbonic acid. You can drink it as it is in a PET bottle, or you can serve it in a bowl and eat it! Please try.

〈INGREDIENT〉
Carbonated drink (return to room temperature) 470 ml
Powdered gelatin 5g
