If you own a @fitbitsg Sense, you are able to use the Electrocardiogram (ECG) app to assess your heart rhythm for atrial fibrillation (AFib), a heart rhythm irregularity. It’s so simple to use, all you have to do is open the app on your smart watch, hold your fingers on the corners around the watch while being still for 30 seconds. After assessing your heart rhythm, you’ll receive a reading from the app showing you if your heart rhythm appears normal or signs of AFib.

MY TWO IN A MINION 💛💛

After all that staying home, this newly launched cutest Fitbit Ace 3 Minions Edition comes as a big saviour to help my Elma and Maesa become more motivated in exercising, I no longer need to nag them to get them off their lazy butts and start moving 🤐 and it’s super cute to watch them keep chasing daily activity goals by earning their favourite Stuart, Kevin and Bob characters 😍😍

These special Minions edition not only monitor their activities levels in a fun and easy way,
it is also lightweight and comfy enough for them to wear throughout the day and while asleep to track their sleep stats 😴😴

As a mom, I feel thankful for technology like Fitbit that helps keep my children healthy
while offering a good level of control over the experience and data where I get to view their activities, manage their app interfaces and friend requests as well as the challenges each of them see 👍🏼 #fitbitsg

No NYE fireworks in the city? No sweat, I got my personal #Fitbit fireworks show 😆

So, part of my new year's resolution is to get fitter. I used to make it a point to walk/run 10k steps every day a few years ago, but when i started directing shows all that stopped and I just couldn't get back into the habit.

Going to the gym always feels like such a daunting commitment, so I've started gently incorporating exercise into my daily routine.

So I've started doing what I used to do - conduct meetings while moving. I talk to my CEO and my @Enfinitimy HODs for at least an hour every day, so instead of sitting at a desk, I walk or lightly run whilst talking to them.

I also set hourly alarms to remind me to move throughout the day, so I never stay still for too long.

Whenever I'm at @TiarasaEscapes, my GM Fahad updates me as we walk briskly for 5pm around the property.

So I'd say take baby steps, and help yourself make it work for you. Here's to our health and fitness this 2021 🙌🏼💃🏽😍
