It is easy to find bedsheets, thick blankets and mats near public housing estate when the weather is fine! With a limited space at home, some choose to hang their bedsheet on the corridor of the public housing estate. When all these spaces are occupied, other choose to hang it on the outdoor fitness equipment in the park and stair rail of the footbridge.
Is this unique to Hong Kong?

今個星期的Cosmo Fit Friday繼續有香港智道館-京瑞道場的宋弘勝師範,為大家示範一連串以跆拳道為主的修腰修腿健身動作。一起跟着做,不但可以強身健體、減肥燒脂,更可以使關節更加靈活。
今次的熱身以踢腿動作為主,分前、後、側面三個方向踢腿,每邊腳都要踢15下。不可以偷懶喔!然後就有三個不同的踢腿訓練:中、高段前腳旋踢、定點擺腳及跪姿側踢腿。帶氧訓練方面則有Mountain Climber。做完後記住要拉筋舒緩一下肌肉及筋膜,以免出現肌肉痛。
