Ingredients:
• Meat: 1 ox tail, 1 beef flank (or beef brisket or chuck roast), meatballs (optional)
• Seasoning: 1 onion, 1 ginger root, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 10 star anise, 1 tbsp salt, 1-2 rock sugar, 1/2 cup fish sauce (adjust to your liking, made with instant pot)
• Toppings: herbs, sriracha, hoisin sauce, lime, Sriracha.
• Noodles: if you can, buy fresh pho (thin rice) noodles for the best taste. ❤️

Beef lovers would also be pleased, all the burgers and steaks here are Thai-Charolais beef raised in Nakon Patom. Their Classic Burger with brioche bun and Swiss style cheese from Chiang Mai is chunky, juicy but not too greasy (we love that!), while the 21-days wet aged beef Flank Steak is also tender and nice considering the lean nature of the meat. Overall, this is a place where family and friends would enjoy a homey, shelf-to-plate meal together.

Mongolian beef or 蒙古牛肉 in Chinese is a dish served in Chinese restaurants in the United States and Australia. Although this dish s known as Mongolian beef, none of the ingredients used or preparation methods are drawn from traditional Mongolian cuisine. According to what I read from the internet, people usually associate eating meat with Mongolians because they are usually strong and well-built plus they Mongolian sound more interesting and exotic too, which makes the dish sound a lot more appealing. Haha. Oh well, Mongolian or not, if you're a fan of beef dishes, this is a really easy recipe to follow and we're very sure your family will love it so much. Serve this dish over steamed rice or over crispy fried noodles and your family will surely be impressed.

Ingredients:
Serves 5 - 6
Marinade for beef - marinate for at least 10 - 15 mins.
----
300g of beef flank - sliced thinly against the grain and use the back of a cleaver to tenderize the beef]
1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1.5 tablespoons of cornflour
Juice from 1/2 thumb size of ginger
A generous dash of white pepper
Ingredients for stir-frying
----
1/4 thumb size of ginger - shredded
2 cloves of garlic - chopped
5 stalks of spring onion (add stems first)
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
Some cornstarch solution - amount to use depends on how thick you want your sauce to be
1 tablespoon of chilli powder - optional
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)

砂糖 2 tbsp,豉油 4 tbsp,料理酒 1 tbsp,蒜蓉 1 tbsp,梨汁,水
牛肉 300g,洋蔥 1/2,芽菜 1撮,蔥
做法:
1. 將砂糖,豉油,料理酒,蒜蓉,梨汁,水拌勻
2. 加入牛肉,拌勻,醃30分鐘
3. 用大火炒牛肉,洋蔥,芽菜,加上蔥絲
4. 也可以試加入水 100g,雞蛋 2個拌飯吃

600g Thinly Sliced Flank Steak, 1 Handful Mung Bean Sprout, A Lot Of Scallion, 1/2 Onion, 2 Egg
Marinade Sauce: 2.5 Sugar, 6 Soy Sauce, 1 Cooking Wine, 1.5 Minced Garlic, A Little Pepper, Blended Korean Pear
※ Preparation
1. Combine 2 sugar, 4 soy sauce, 1 cooking wine, 1 minced garlic, a little pepper, little bit of Korean pear drink, little bit of water and make marinade sauce.
2. Marinate 300g meat for 30 minutes.
3. Place 1 handful (1/2) onion, 1 handful mung bean sprout, 1/2 scallion and boil in high heat.
Mix with 100ml water, 2 egg on a rice, and enjoy.

Ingredients
500g beef (top round/ flank / rump roast / bottom sirloin roast)
3tbsp lemongrass
2tbsp minced garlic
2tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
1tbsp five spice powder
1tbsp turmeric powder
½tsp pepper
2tsp oil (or oyster sauce)
** As the recipe does not call for any preservatives, you need to keep the beef jerky in the fridge. It may last 1-2 weeks only.
