簡單烤個鬆餅，熱熱的一塊就夠滿足。
想要增肥？
那就來些香草冰淇淋、鮮奶油、水果、楓糖漿、蜂蜜、巧克力.....。😄😄
比利時🇧🇪 列日鬆餅
Belgian Liege Waffle
食材：
通用麵粉⋯250g
雞蛋⋯2顆
蜂蜜⋯50g
溫牛奶⋯125g
融化奶油⋯120g
乾酵母⋯5g
珍珠糖⋯適量
做法：
食材全部混合均勻，放置於室溫2小時。
完成發酵，烘烤前混合拌入珍珠糖。
鬆餅機預熱
麵糊分4等份，依序放入鬆餅機個別烘烤4.30分鐘至金黃。
以酵母發酵麵糊的列日鬆餅，口感外殼酥脆，內部鬆軟，比起蛋糕口感的鬆餅較為紮實。
列日鬆餅我捨棄糖改用蜂蜜，所以鬆餅帶著淡淡的蜂蜜鹹鹹、甜甜清香的味道，不用加鹽、也沒有用其他的香料（香草），鬆餅淡淡的甜味夾著珍珠糖剛剛好。
這樣的鬆餅🧇搭配炸雞🍗

Lunch with the gals and we are all in awe of this little quaint cafe! I wanna stay here! PS Food was 👍🏻 too, we ate til we were too stuffed! Highly recommend the Fried Chicken waffles with cheese, savory and sweet - best of both worlds! (For a glutton like me) 👻✨
