今天看了一篇文章，文章裡面寫著一段話，裡面是這樣寫的

最近我有一個朋友棄械投靠 Apple Watch 了，朋友改戴蘋果錶一開始也只是想體驗一下它的身體監測功能，想不到這種監測紀錄一旦開始了就會想要持續下去（到了我們這個年紀也有點實質上的健康需求），而為了維持這個紀錄你就得一直配戴 Apple Watch，沒有什麼機械錶和智慧錶換著戴這回事（除非你一手戴一支，不過拜託不要）。他的這個叛逃忽然讓我意識到原來智慧錶還具有這種「黏著」和「排他」的特性

這篇寫的很到點，身體監控紀錄就是黏著性

不管你戴的目的是減肥、運動、還是單純想記步，這些數字都會透過APP幫你整合成漂亮報表，讓你一段時間後來回顧這些成果

一個月走了幾步、哪幾天特別賣力?
整年下來達成幾次運動目標?

這些都是身體監控下的數據，讓數字告訴你身體的變化，成長了還是退步了

年紀大一點，也會開始在乎心律變化

我戴Apple Watch 、戴WatchGT、也戴小米手環3，Gear Sport 也偶而戴，然而這些身體監控紀錄，都會各自保留在各廠APP裏頭

每次我出門想換個錶來戴，其他沒戴出門的手錶紀錄就空了，但我不可能每天把所有錶都戴在身上

這就是用戶黏著度啊，如果我想換其他品牌智慧錶，卻又不甘願紀錄重置
