Akiko, acrylic, colored pencil & ink on watercolor paper, 12x16 (NFS).I was approach by Hasbro to create an original illustration for the box packaging for their new line of GIJoe action figures. Their new toyline is being revealed in tandem with the release of the Snake Eyes (2021) movie, which introduces a few new characters to the G.I. Joe squad. I was really lucky to be chosen to illustrate their new Asian female lead, Akiko, played by the stunning Haruka Abe.I worked with the lovely AD Shawn Kenney on this project, and am looking forward to seeing Akiko in the upcoming movie!

I was approach by Hasbro to create an original illustration for the box packaging for their new line of GIJoe action figures. Their new toyline is being revealed in tandem with the release of the Snake Eyes (2021) movie, which introduces a few new characters to the G.I. Joe squad.
