I love to start with this warm-up for wheel pose practice, it's a shoulders and chest opening, also strengthening my core, hamstrings and gluteus maximus muscle.

Lemak2 di bahagian betis & paha boleh dibakar dgn senaman berbentuk Kardio spt berlari, jogging, berjalan dgn pantas, berenang, berbasikal dll. Pastikan anda melakukan senaman yg betul, sama ada utk kurus atau menguatkan otot badan.
