[電子商務] Google Cloud Technology - Next 18 高峰會小記跟心得 - 雲端數據運用在行銷上
上週Google在倫敦舉辦Next 18高峰會討論雲端運用技術，大部份的講座對我來說都有點技術性，但我的目標講座是一個兩個小時的研討Cloud for marketing analytics.
我曾經說過，我不是科技技術的先鋒採用者，但是在技術成熟要變成大眾化時，鞭策自己不要落後。
雖然大部分的研討是在幫Google賣Cloud Service這項技術，我仍覺得有點醒我一些想法。
以下是短紀錄，圖片是隨手拍的簡報
✅1. Cloud - Make marketing efficient and effective.
我覺得我身為analyst分析師的工作職責，就是讓行銷 (無論執行成果或是團隊作業)上更有效率跟有效.
雲端的好處是所有不同來源的資料都在同一處，可以快速彙整分析，加快速度more real time and personalisation.
How can GCP help marketers?
-Open & security for multiple data sources
-Full data journey
-Machine learning
✅2. 彙整很多data的完整工作路徑 (Full data journey):
Collect -> Transform -> Analyse -> Visualise -> Activate
✅3. Marketing + Cloud 後的幾個思維:
- Understand: the customer journey: 行銷人的目前考驗 not sure they use all data they can have
- Predict: marketing & customer outcomes
跟DMP結合，create Audience, and then feed audiences in search management, Bid automatically - Higher bid/spend on customer likely to come back, lower spend on customer could be back.
Build propensity model on audiences who are likely to come and repeat purchase.
- Personalise: the customer experience
✅4. 雲端科技不只是在IT或data science部門而已，行銷部也需要投入
基於SQL, modeling不是行銷的基本技術(至少目前)，Google的雲端部在當天推出了Cloud for Marketing Console.
這個新產品已經內建SQL做分析跟預測，概念是只要連結數據進去，就自動做分析跟預測，行銷人不會coding也可以使用
✅所以做事概念是：
Faster, simpler, smarter
我不是科技發展的領先者，只是努力不要被浪淹沒。在最近參加的電子商務跟相關研討會中，大數據、AI、Machine Learning確實來襲。
這已經超乎有人懷孕，之後就會買嬰兒用品的預測，而以能用一些看似無關的資訊，推測你的下步行為😨
🤓我感受到這一波，大概就是自網路發明後，引起全面的改變了。
改變非一夕之間全部改變，但是會一直往前進🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️
💰科技的投資要花錢花時間，在參加研討會時就會發現有些公司早已投入，有些一點頭緒都沒有，這樣的差距只會越來越大吧
小插曲：入會場要安檢，我很好奇是想要檢查哪種違禁品🤔
👍另外一提，今年我的目標之一是學SQL，現在的我雖然不是高手，但是基本概念都懂，也有信心使用語言啦
