South Korea’s parliament has approved a bill that will make it the first country to impose curbs on Google and Apple’s payment policies that force developers to only use the tech giants’ proprietary billing systems.

韓國今天正式通過法案，要求 Google 的 Google Play 與 Apple 的 App Store 不得限制開發商只能使用兩間公司的金流。這個法案的通過，代表著兩間公司必須要允許開發商加入其他的金流。這是世界上第一個這麼做的國家，未來會不會像是滾雪球般的讓許多國家紛紛跟著這麼做呢？還是說，兩間公司會動用什麼手段來對抗這個已經通過的法案，就讓我們繼續看下去 (盛竹如口吻～)

可以預測的是 Apple 一定會出來打官腔，說開放其他的支付方式會導致 App Store 的安全性受到威脅就是了 (笑)

1. Pre-announce policy change for app metadata
Since your app title, icon, and developer name are the most important discovery elements on your store listing page, we are preparing to launch a new set of policies to keep these elements recognizable and unique, focusing on:

Limiting the length of app titles to 30 characters
Prohibiting keywords that imply store performance, promotion in the icon, title and developer name
Eliminating graphic elements that may mislead users in the app icon
App title, icon and developer name that do not meet the upcoming policies will not be allowed on Google Play. You can expect more details about this policy change, including enforcement start dates, later this year.

些公司名稱裡有『第一』這個字的官方 App 這下該怎麼辦 (微笑)

ผมว่ามีบ้านไม่กี่หลังหรอกครับ ที่จะทำให้ชีวิตของคุณดีขึ้น อย่าหลงไปกับความงามที่ฉาบฉวย บ้านที่เปิดโล่ง ราคาแพง การตกแต่งที่ถมของราคาแพงลิบ ที่มองแล้วนึกหวั่นใจยามลูกวิ่งเล่น โถงต้อนรับกว้าง ดูเหมือนลมพัดสบาย แต่ไม่ได้ช่วยกันยุงที่จะเข้ามากัดลูกๆ แถมพออาศัยอยู่จริง หน้าต่างกว้างๆ ก็ไม่เคยเปิดใช้, ลานกว้างๆ ที่กะว่าจะใช้งานตอนเพื่อนๆมากัน พอโควิดมาถึงได้รู้ว่า ...มุมเล็กๆในห้องนั่งเล่นลูกที่นั่งสไลด์ไอแพดไป มองลูกๆ ยิ้ม เล่นของเล่นไปกลับสำคัญกว่า
ไปจนถึง ห้อง hobby ที่เต็มไปด้วยGadget มากมาย ที่รอวันตกรุ่น...

ผมก็อาจกล่าวเกินไปนะครับ ต้องขอโทษด้วยครับ

4000 h và 1000 subs? Youtuber nhỏ nghĩ gì khi YOUTUBER thắt chặt chính sách kiếm tiền?

Sáng nay mở ra được thông báo siêu sốc, channel nào muốn bật kiếm tiền thì cần ít nhất 4000 giờ xem =240.000 phút xem và 1000 subs, với kênh nhỏ như kênh của mình thì ko biết bao giờ mới ngóc đầu lên được !!

CỤ thể, thông báo đó là gì??

- Năm 2017 Youtube gặp nhiều khó khăn, ảnh hưởng nhiều đến cộng đồng và thu nhập.
- Số kênh phát triển quá nhanh, lên đến hơn 40%, cho nên 2018 sẽ siết chặt để đảm bảo cho cộng đồng và cũng như thu nhập. Và một phần trong đó là nâng cao các yêu cầu.
- Tháng 4/2017 đã đặt yêu cầu là 10.000 lượt xem nhưng từ hôm nay sẽ thay đổi một ngưỡng cao hơn là 4.000 giờ xem trong vòng 12 tháng, và 1.000 theo dõi.
- Ngày 20/2/2018 những kênh ít hơn 4.000 giờ xem trong vòng 12 tháng, và ít hơn 1.000 theo dõi sẽ không còn kiếm tiền và sẽ tự động xem xét trở lại khi đạt yêu cầu.
- Thay đổi này sẽ ảnh hưởng đến 99% những người kiếm được ít hơn 100$ trong năm qua, 90% với những người kiếm ít hơn 2,5$ trong tháng trước. Bất kỳ kênh nào không đáp ứng được yêu cầu mới sẽ được thanh toán theo chính sách của Google Adsense.


Túm lại, giờ tiền đã ít mà sắp tới 20/2 kênh của mình sẽ bị tắt kiếm tiền, từ giờ tới lúc đó chắc kênh của mình không thể đạt được mốc như YOUTUBE yêu cầu =))) Đã khó nay lại càng khó hơn
