Here’s a work I did for my good friends Hank&Sara’s wedding in 2020. It was pretty enjoyable to paint in gouache after a long while using the touch panel.
They love blue, sea and aquatic animals, which created lots of good memories in their romance. Hank is a gourmet who enjoys cooking for Sara. Sara is my good friend who is as lovely as her favourite character Nemo. So we made this illustration of under the sea world to celebrate their new adventure in life. I’m so happy for you. Congrats!
去年為一位好朋友繪製的婚禮設計。電繪筆拿久了，重回紙張和不透明水彩的手感覺得很舒暢。
他們喜歡藍色、海洋和海底生物，這些在他們相處中創造了許多美好回憶。Hank是位老饕，樂意為Sara下廚；Sara是聰明又善良的女孩，她最愛Disney的Nemo。我們製作了這張海底世界，透露他們第一次相識的氛圍和熱鬧又繽紛的每段歷程，希望他們在生命中的新旅程悠遊自在。

水彩新手50問-
11.不透明水彩、廣告顏料、水粉顏料的差異
基本上這三個就是同一種東西，只是翻譯的不同~（還有價格的不同(◐‿◑)）
英文叫作Gouache.
台灣翻成不透明水彩和廣告顏料，我猜是跟著日本翻的~
因為日本的知名不透明水彩品牌NICKER( 號稱宮崎駿御用品牌顏料)，它標籤上寫的就是POSTER COLOUR。
(我覺得非常有可能是他們也不知道怎麼翻譯Gouache，所以才從特性上翻成不透明水彩顏料，然後從功用上翻成POSTER COLOUR。因為我從沒聽過西方的插畫YouTuber說「opaque watercolor paint」😂我猜啦～）
中國從材質特性上翻成[水粉顏料]，我覺得還蠻貼切的XDD
因為它就是粉粉的，叫有覆蓋力~

PS.因為現在很多人畫水彩也會使用廣告顏料，所以我就放在水彩新手50問一起講了~
