Hope you're all well, hope you guys enjoy this video sharing my thoughts on 3 of my latest handbag purchases. I am quite late onto the bandwagon on a couple of these bags, but nonetheless, have been enjoying them soooo much.
Also got multiple requests to share a popcorn salmon recipe my mom taught me when we were back in Hanoi. It's super easy and soooo tasty... for the non-seafood eaters (who don't like the texture, smell etc....) this might work for you as I don't eat any seafood either. Or if you love seafood then this is such an easy snack to make!

【材料】
新じゃが…4-5個（小さいサイズ）
片栗粉…大さじ2-3
青のり…適量
塩・こしょう…少々
油…大さじ2-3
【作り方】
1, 新じゃがははよく洗う。皮付きのままくし形切りにする。袋に入れ、塩・こしょうで下味をつける。
2, 片栗粉を入れ、全体にまんべんなくつくように、袋の口を閉じてふる。
3, フライパンを熱して油を入れ、油があたたまったらじゃがいもを弱火で途中返しながらじっくり焼く。
4, 竹串をさして火通りを確認して、バットなどにあげる。青のり、塩をふりかけ、皿に盛る。

【Ingredients】
New potatoes ... 4-5 pieces (small size)
Potato starch ... 2-3 tbsp
Blue seaweed ... appropriate amount
Salt and pepper ...
Oil ... 2-3 tbsp
[How to make]
1, wash the new potatoes well. Cut into strips with the skin on. Put in a bag and season with salt and pepper.
2, add the starch starch, close the mouth of the bag and shake so that it will spread evenly on the whole.
3, Heat the frying pan and add the oil. When the oil has warmed up, slowly boil the potatoes over a low heat.
4, put a bamboo skewer, check the fire street, and give it to a bat. Sprinkle blue seaweed and salt on a plate.
