Baked sweet potato fries are the best!
Ever since I found this HPB healthy snack recipe, I’m more than happy to prepare them for Luke, because I get to enjoy the homemade snack with him too. Sweet potatoes are packed with nutrients - high in fibre and antioxidants, and great for gut health. This is so easy to make too, just slice, toss in a little HCS (Healthier Choice Symbol) oil and bake! No sugar or salt added. For a little bit of kick, I added paprika and black pepper to my share. Deeeee-licious. Oh yes, I made these with Japanese sweet potatoes which I love coz they are extra tasty, you can try with other types of sweet potatoes as well!
