5 LÍ DO BẠN NÊN CÂN NHẮC MBA

Ui học Thạc sỹ mà nghe tới MBA các bạn chắc cũng hơi ngại chủ yếu là do học phí những khoá MBA nhỉnh hơn 1 chút so với các khoá Thạc sỹ chuyên ngành thông thường. Nay chị share cả nhà 1 số lí do các bạn thử cân nhắc thêm khoá MBA này nha. Cả nhà bạn nào có insights hay bổ sung gì comment nữa nhé:

🧡Phát triển kĩ năng và networking khủng
Đi học MBA mình học với những người giàu kinh nghiệm, senior/leader/CEO của các công ty nên tất nhiên là networking sẽ tăng lên vùn vụt. Ngoài ra các kĩ năng khác như lãnh đạo, xử lý tình huống qua case study, phân tích dữ liệu đưa ra quyết định chiến lược cho doanh nghiệp nữa. Biết đâu đi học lại tìm được chân ái cuộc đời mình.

🧡Lương rất cao trên thị trường
Sương sương xíu mức lương theo the QS Jobs & Salary Report, các bạn tốt nghiệp MBA ở các nước sau sẽ có mức lương trung bình tầm này. Tầm 2-3 năm đi làm là bù được học phí đi học MBA còn có học bổng thì thoải mái đi. Đồng nghiệp bạn bè cũ của chị ở PwC với Ngoại thương đi MBA nhiều lắm, ra trường đều có việc ở mấy công ty Amazon, American Airline, H&M...vv

Nghe tới đây nhiều bạn không đồng ý vì thực tế là MBA ở Mỹ hay các trường top cũng không hề rẻ. Nhưng các bạn vẫn có lựa chọn ở các nước có học phí hợp lý ví dụ: Phần, Thuỵ Điển, Pháp, Áo, Đức

🧡Già cũng học được, ở xa cũng học được
MBA thường không giới hạn độ tuổi như 1 số chương trình Đại học, Master khác. Có những khoá học cả part-time, online để các bạn chọn nữa khá oki á. Ví dụ 1 số trường luôn: Nottingham Trent University, University of Birmingham, Barcelona Executive Business Schol, IUBH University of Applied Sciences, Arden University
