One of my favourite dish from the plant based menu was this ImpossibleTM Mushroom Swiss Burger ($22; $26 with fries) which showcased a flavorful patty made with ImpossibleTM mince, fresh red onions, tomato slices, rocket, sautéed mushroom and vegan truffle mayonnaise sandwiched between house-made eggless quinoa-studded buns. It’s a huge mouthful of flavors but so deeply satisfying 🙌🏼
Pizza 10 (round, 12-inch: $26; plank, foot-long: $13) another hearty main which feature the ‘meatless’ meatballs hand-made with ImpossibleTM mince, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, Spanish onions and rocket, along with dollops of barbecue and tomato sauce all around
For something lighter, there’s the Baked Baby Heirloom Beetroot ($15) which resembled a refreshing fruit platter with the golden and red beetroot roasted to juicy sweetness. U can even choose to complete your meal with select vegan wines!

ずっと気になっていたあのステーキ店へ！静岡県伊東市『ステーキサロンカウボーイズ』に伺いました。お店は135号線沿いにあり、近くにはよく伺う「吉田家」もあります。ボリュームあるステーキやハンバーグが食べられて、グラム数やいただける部位も細かく選べるところがありがたいですね。ワイルドな肉料理を豪快に頂いてきました。気になるお店に由来も動画をご覧になるとわかるかもしれません、、それでは早速ご覧ください！

To that steak shop that I've always been interested in! We visited "Steak Salon Cowboys" in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The shop is located along Route 135, and there is also the "Yoshida family" that you often visit nearby. I'm grateful that you can eat hearty steaks and hamburgers, and you can finely select the number of grams and the parts you can get. I have enjoyed wild meat dishes. Please have a look!

Hinomaru Bento (日の丸弁当) is the most simple Bento lunch in Japan! What you do is you place a red Umeboshi (pickled plum) in the center of the plain white rice. It looks like Japan's flag, Hinomaru (literally, disk of the sun).
In this video, I will show you how you can assort side dishes to make a typical Japanese Bento!!!

Fill the BOTTOM TIER with plain white rice, sprinkle with Furikake (rice seasoning) if you like, make a hole in the center of the rice and place a Umeboshi (pickled plum).
