My right knee is not doing so well. You can see that “yellow” liquid injected out from my knee. Ever since I torn my right hip labrum last month, my right knee was in pain. Somehow the hip injury i had last month affected the knee as well. Insyaa’Allah, after the hyalgan injection, it will get better. Need to do more strengthening on leg muscle as well. On a good note, my left knee is still in good shape. Alhamdulillah 🙌🏼

I am 33 now with 3 ACLs and still playing. Not only that, I still do things that I like.. Acting, hosting, running my family business and spend quality times with my family. When there’s a will, there’s always a way. Just how bad do you want it? Ask yourself 😏

Last month, I torn my Hip Labrum. Doctor asked me to go for surgery and rest 3-6 months from football. And guess what? I didn’t go for the surgery. I rest for a month and then train my quads, hamstring and glutes even HARDER than before. Alhamdulillah, I’m back playing. Not fully 100% recovered and fit yet. But at least I’m playing with no pain.

第95集小人物上籃 - Uncle Drew 終於成了波士頓人

上週在騎士高層放話Isaiah Thomas髖關節有問題，波士頓方若是不提高籌碼 (Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown)，雙方這筆交易就當作沒發生。結果來回交戰了幾手，Danny Ainge最終還是多送出了一個 “甜頭” (sweetener)，把原本來自邁阿密的第二輪選秀送給了騎士，最終完成了這筆交易。

對於小人物Tyler這種忠實波士頓球迷來說，心內的感慨許多。一方面從籃球的角度來看，這是對於波士頓長遠的未來非常重要而且有幫助的交易。但是從球迷的角度來看，之前那支全隊都藍領的波士頓隊，如今只剩下四位還算熟悉的面孔。看到精神領袖IT4 就這樣被交易出去，更不用說連球迷最愛的3D藍領Jae Crowder也忽然間就掰了，總是覺得完全商言商的感覺似乎跟球迷的支持很難畫上等號。只能說，雖然少了IT4, Jae Crowder, 但是補進的是Kyrie Irving, Gordon Hayward, 加上未來年輕有未來的 Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, 未來還是充滿了希望。

騎士的擔憂有理嗎? 小人物Hans解釋，Hip Labrum Tear (髖關節唇撕裂) 是一個非常麻煩的傷。因為髖關節是必須承受下半身與上半身重量的直接衝擊，而任何時候大腿做出彎曲旋轉急停急轉彎的時候，大腿骨的頭就很有可能會跟撕裂的關節唇相磨。這樣的磨損不僅會造成關節的發炎，甚至還會造成後續關節唇撕裂得更嚴重。雖然說這個病痛或許可以透過關節鏡去把撕裂的關節唇丁回去或切除，但是這個手術的癒後卻是充滿了不確定性。

也因如此，騎士必須同時要面對，若是IT4的傷勢永遠都有問題的風險，這也代表那一支來自籃網和熱火的第一和第二輪選秀權的重要性。假設IT4後來真的回不去了，那至少騎士可以進入完全的重建模式，到時候也有選秀權可以利用。至於熱火的第二輪選秀到底有多少價值? 當然要在第二輪選到什麼超級巨星機會應該不高，但是無論如何，選秀會上過了樂透輪以後，其實就是自由獵場了，誰看上誰要選誰，其實都很難說。第二輪和第一輪末的選秀差別其實有限。小人物Fu甚至還舉出，其實第一輪選秀的薪水在 NBA 是有規定的，但是第二輪選上的選手的薪資則是完全看球團球員怎麼談，對於球團來說彈性更高。

最後小人物Fu從數字方面切入。Kyrie Irving的catch-n-shoot的命中率比IT4高很多，但是eFG% 卻是全面的比IT4低，因為KI最擅長單打後投難度很高的中距離，而IT4可以運一運造成破壞後傳給隊友，可以不用強迫投低命中率的球。當然Kyrie Irving的打法傳球嚴重低於波士頓的團隊傳球，所以到底他進入波士頓系統後會如何適應會是非常值得觀察。Brad Stevens會要求KI融入波士頓的傳球文化嗎? 還是KI會挑戰Stevens的執教權威?

無論如何，在這樣的交易後，波士頓陣容很明顯的"年輕化"而且才華上"全面強化"了。LBJ或許還有3年的統治性籃球在東區，但是波士頓非常有可能真的可以在未來這幾年當中年年在東區冠軍賽挑戰LBJ，並在球員們真的成長達到巔峰時，正面挑戰勇士隊。
