芋頭控看這邊！
繼上次做了芋圓發現澳洲的芋頭很可以之後，這次我來做最近很常看到的芋泥三明治！ 太好吃了吧！（自己講）
這次做了兩種口味：肉鬆+芋泥 &檸檬奶油起士+芋泥，都好好吃！
我根本單吃芋泥也很可以😂

In my previous video, I discovered Australian grown taro is quite tasty! Therefore, I decided to make another taro video! Today, I am making taro sandwich with two different fillings. One is pork floss and the other is lemon cream cheese. Both of them are so delicious! Try it and let me know how you go!

Here is the recipe:

*Taro filling:
-Taro 550g
-Butter 45g
-Milk 75g
-sugar 90g
-Salt a bit
-Lemon juice a bit

*Lemon cream cheese filling:
-Cream cheese 150g
-Lemon juice 15g
-Sugar 20g
-Lemon zest a bit

*Pork floss and white bread

How can I don’t post this super easy to make and delicious Burnt Cheesecake 😋❤️🧀🍰

6 inches Ingredients:
cream cheese 350g
granulated sugar 80g
egg x3
egg yolk x1
whipping cream 100g

Optional: 1/2-1 teaspoon of salt for savoury, or 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Oven bake at 220-230 c 25-30 mins

For small size cheese cake: (12-15 servings depending on your muffin cup size)
Bake at 180c 10 mins then increase temperature to 215C 12 minutes.
