【回應行政院長江宜樺】
本日（22日）行政院長江宜樺前來立法院場外，針對我們的兩點訴求：一、退回服貿協議、二、於本會期通過兩案協議監督條例，江宜樺院長表示行政院不會撤回服貿協議，而兩岸監督條例之立法，亦不做承諾。
我們認為，馬政府在服貿協議之擬定、談判、與說明過程中，不僅過程不透明，嚴重欠缺制度性監督機制，事後因國內各界反彈後，由執政黨所舉行的十場公聽會更於一週內草率敷衍了事，缺乏溝通誠意。
在此以前之ECFA，雖然名義上為「逐條審查」，但事實卻形同包裹表決，無任何一條受到仔細檢驗。立法院形同橡皮圖章，毫無負起監督行政部門之基本責任。再再顯示馬政府以行政權強壓立法部門之蠻橫。
我們再次重申，服貿協議過程黑箱草率，以致高達七成的民眾不支持，數萬民眾更在立院場內外要求退回服貿，重啟談判。行政院長甫到場即宣佈不會退回服貿，亦不承諾監督條例立法，完全沒有對話的誠意，江院長也說：「服貿不只是行政院的事，也和馬總統有關」。因此，我們在此要求馬總統能傾聽民意，盡速出面展開實質對話。

A Response to Premier Jiang Yi-huah
Premier Jiang Yi-huah today afternoon visited the protest site at the Legislature to respond to our two demands on the rejection of the Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement and the passage of a bill to ensure that future cross-strait agreements are properly monitored.
Jiang said that the Executive Yuan would not reject the agreement and refused to make a guarantee on the bill.
We believe that the Ma administration drafted, negotiated and signed the CSSTA behind closed doors in lieu of a monitoring mechanism for cross-strait agreements. Despite its controversy, the administration has failed to properly explain its impact on Taiwan and its economy – holding just 10 public hearings in the span of less than a week.
As we saw during the passage of the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) between 2009 and 2010, the current review process for cross-strait agreements in the legislature amounts to little more than a rubber stamp – exemplifying the undemocratic and autocratic nature of the Ma administration.
As a result, we – supported by tens of thousands of citizens with us and the millions more in support - repeat here that we demand that the CSSTA be sent back for renegotiation. We reject Premier Yuan’s comments and continue to await more constructive dialogue from President Ma Ying-jeou.
九合一選戰，國民黨慘敗，江宜樺29號晚間宣布請辭行政院長，他表示也已經得到馬英九總統批准。他在記者會上聲明，他要為這次國民黨的拜選負起政治責任，他也感謝總統馬英九九年來的信任，他也相信總統會很快找到下一個適任的人選。
