QGEN - HR Practice Provider บริษัทที่ปรึกษาผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้าน People & Organization ได้จัดทำการสำรวจกลุ่มตัวอย่างกว่า 1,000 คน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 พฤศจิกายน – 8 ธันวาคม 2563 ผ่านการสำรวจออนไลน์ เพื่อค้นหาบริษัทในประเทศไทยที่คนไทยอยากร่วมงานมากที่สุด ภายใต้สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันที่เกิดขึ้น

โดยปัจจัยที่มองหาจากบริษัทเพื่อใช้ในการสมัครงานหรือเปลี่ยนงาน อันดับ 1 ยังคงเป็น “ค่าตอบแทนที่สามารถแข่งขันกับตลาด” ซึ่งมีจำนวนสูงถึง 22% ส่วนอันดับที่ 2 คือ “Work-life balance” 15% และ อันดับที่ 3 คือ “ชื่อเสียงและความมั่นคงขององค์กร” 10% โดยอันดับที่ 2 และ 3 มีความน่าสนใจภายใต้สถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน โดยเฉพาะการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อวิถีการทำงานที่บริษัทหรือสำนักงานแบบเดิม เป็นการ Work from Home รวมถึงการลดจำนวนพนักงานของหลาย ๆ บริษัท เพื่อรักษาเสถียรภาพของบริษัทให้อยู่รอดต่อไปได้

ด้วยเหตุนี้เองคนไทยจึงมองหา สมดุลระหว่างชีวิตการทำงานและชีวิตส่วนตัวมากขึ้น เพราะปัจจัยเชิงกายภาพเรื่องของสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานและชีวิตส่วนตัวที่กลายเป็นสถานที่เดียวกัน รวมถึงปัจจัยเชิงจิตวิทยาที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถแยกเวลาการทำงานและเวลาส่วนตัวออกจากกัน ส่วนการมองหาบริษัทที่มีชื่อเสียงและความมั่นคง เพราะเชื่อว่าบริษัทกลุ่มนี้จะไม่ปลดพนักงาน และสร้างความมั่นคงในงานที่ทำอยู่ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับประเด็น “ความมั่นคงในหน้าที่การงาน” ที่พนักงานกังวลมากที่สุดถึง 64%

ส่วน 10 อันดับ บริษัทในไทยที่คนไทยอยากร่วมงานมากที่สุด ได้แก่ PTT, SCG, CP, Google, Line, AIS, Toyota, SEA Group, Thai Beverage และ Kasikorn ตามลำดับ ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มบริษัทที่มีชื่อเสียง การเติบโต และความมั่นคงตอบโจทย์ที่คนไทยต้องการภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19

เมื่อจำแนกตามสายงานจะพบว่า PTT เป็นบริษัทอันดับ 1 ที่สายงานทรัพยากรมนุษย์และองค์กร บัญชีและการเงิน และวิศวกรรมอยากร่วมงานด้วย ส่วน SCG เป็นบริษัทอันดับ 1 ที่สายงานการขายและการตลาดอยากร่วมงานด้วย และ Google เป็นบริษัทอันดับ 1 ที่สายงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอยากร่วมงานด้วย
