Hi @kevinzahri and @cabaranjomkurus... this is my weight loss journey. Sy join JK1M musim 4 kot...dgn team rawang, team leader sy @armandawesome... sepanjang program tu, terlalu bnyk ilmu pengetahuan yg dpt sy ambil drpada TL dan kevin sendiri, sy attend a few of ur course di Prince Court Hospital... however, sy hanya turun 5.5kg shj sepanjang 6 mggu jk1m mase tu... Masalah kesihatan? Sesak nafas, cepat mengah, masalah hormon, ambil ubat utk stabilkn period, susah bergerak, sakit lutut and ultimate injury bile jatuh terlentang kat dapur rumah, ligamen lutut kanan koyak, tapi x boleh buat rawatan sbb dh melebihi berat!!! X boleh masuk utk buat MRI coz max weight for MRI hanya 130kg! Ape yg melukakan hati sy mase tu bile doktor ckp, 'kalo ade machine MRI besar pon yg utk binatang punye'😭😭😭
So bln Ogos 2018, 14 Ogos 2018 secara tepatnye, sy telah menjalani pembedahan bariatic iaitu mengecilkn kantung perut, di sebuah hospital swasta. Maybe ramai yg akan ckp, 'alah...ko kurus pakai short cut sbb operate' but ape yg jdi beyond tu, xde sape yg tanye or tau, kecuali my families and close friends. Berapa bnyk duit terpaksa dilabur demi utk kesihatan, tenaga, kesakitan, kepayahan nak menempuh dugaan tu.
Sekarang dh 5 bulan lps operation, sy dh hilang 50kg! #jk1mbeforeafter Walaopon bukan kurus bersama team jk1m, tapi semangat dan persahabatan mereka, kekal bersama saya sehingga sekarang. Begitu juga dgn segala ilmu yg dikongsi dulu dan pengalaman buat training same2, menjadi kekuatan saya. We are big family, until now.
Semoga adik2 kakak2 di luar sane yg dh overweight, boleh lah tukar lifestyle. Tambah exercise sikit, jaga portion makanan, eat right. Jangan ulangi kesilapan sy. Bariatic surgery is last resort. Selagi boleh diet, and exercise, buatlah.... sekarang, semua ilmu yg sy dpt mase jk1m tu, sy share dgn families and friends... #2019 #roadto80kg

After playing Pokemon GO for the last few months in my car due to the pandemic, I’ve decided its time for me to get back to how I used to grind by walking to hunt down the team leaders again since they have brand new shiny shadow Pokemon for us to hunt down again. In this video, I did my usual 50 team leaders grind in hopes of getting myself a shiny shadow Pokemon.
