President Lincoln's Gettysburg address in need of assistance and concern of International Media from Taiwan

I am the candidate of Chiayi City Mayor, and the voting date is on the 24th of November.
I attended the official public opinion expression activity held by the Chiayi City Election Committee yesterday, and I made the Gettysburg address in English.
However, the Chiayi City Election Committee members prohibited the English expression , and silenced my microphone equipment voice immediately and violently.
In my personal opinion, I want to make the Gettysburg address in English in memory of Great President of the United States,Abraham Lincoln made the speech on the 19th of November in 1863.
I sued the Chiayi City Election Committee in this morning, and I assert that the members violate the human rights and freedom of speech.
At the 155th anniversary of Gettysburg address, in need of the assistance and concern of international media, please.
