這家取預約制的無菜單蔬食店，我居然要靠一位葷食朋友才能成功預約！ ！所以我非常期待其料理是有多.... 好吃！
店主是一對老夫婦，外場內場就只有他們兩人，雖然感覺人手有點不足，但料理的素質非常高！頭盤的沙拉和湯就很讓我驚喜了，特別喜愛那個湯，非常濃郁；還有手工蒸餃和意大利麵都非常贊呢！店主平時有空也會做不同的手工活，如素鍋貼、素粽子等，但記得全部都需要預計喔~
這對老夫婦可謂是「又丹蔬食」的靈魂，他們對食材的執著和堅持，讓人非常敬佩。太感謝這葷食朋友的推薦，讓我認識到這麼堅持自己理念的素店，下回去台灣，麻煩再幫我預約一下囉 😉

This prebook menu-less veg restaurant, I actually need a help from a meat-eater friend to make my reservation succeed ! ! So I am very much looking forward to how delicious.... the food is.
The owner is an old couple. Although it feels like lacking of manpower, the quality of the food is very high standard! The appetizer - salad & soup, are already very impressed, especially the soup, very rich; there are also hand-made steamed dumplings and pasta, they are extremely good as well! The owner usually do different hand-made work when they have free time, such as vegan fried dumplings and vegan sticky rice etc., but remember you need to preorder them ~
This old couple can be described as the soul of "You Dan Vegetarian Creative Cuisine". Their persistence of choosing ingredients are very admirable. Thank you very much for the recommendation from this meat-eater friend, next time when I go back to Taipei, please help me to make the reservation again 😉
