今年奧運會的開場演出，最令我覺得感觸的是當這首歌曲再次在奧運會上出現的時刻。今年的奧運會跟以往不一樣，對全世界來說，都是挫折重重，卻也是別具意義。

來自世界各個角落的聲音（歌手）呈現John Lennon這首經典，同時空中的無人機排成地球的樣子，這個畫面與聲音真的是絕美😭

神奈川県横浜市『杉田家』に伺ってきました。津村さんが店主をつとめており、かつて新杉田にあった頃の「吉村家」での修行時代がTV放映されたことでも有名です。吉村実氏が初めて出店を許したシーンをご覧になった方も多いかもしれません。今でも朝5時からの営業を続けており、根強いファンを持つ人気店です。今回は当時を知る津村さんが時間をとってくださり、ラーメンやお店をやっていくことへの思い、吉村実社長のエピソード、支えてこられたご家族とのお話しなど貴重なお話をたくさんお話ししてくださいました。津村さんにインタビューに応じていただいたのは初となります。それでは早速ご覧ください！

・『杉田家』について
横浜の『家系ラーメン総本山 吉村家』の創始者である吉村実氏から最初に許しを直接得た直系1号店。平成11年にオープンして以来、その人気は衰えることがない。昨今の家系ブームに乗って多くの家系ラーメン店が存在しているなか【総本山直系店】を名乗れるのは全国に10店舗(吉村家を含む)のみ。県内外問わず遠方からもその味を求めるファンがやってくる。またこちらのラーメンはラーメン業界の方から絶大な信頼と評価を得ていることも大きな特徴である。

Mr. Susumu Tsumura is the owner of the restaurant, and he became famous for being televised during his training at the "Yoshimuraya" when he was in Shinsugita. It is still open from 5 am and is a popular restaurant with enthusiastic fans.This time, Mr. Tsumura, who knows the time, responded to the interview for the first time, and he talked about many valuable stories such as his thoughts on going to ramen and his own shops, an episode of President Minoru Yoshimura, and a talk with his family who supported him. ・ About "Sugitaya"
The first direct line store that first obtained forgiveness directly from Mr. Minoru Yoshimura, the founder of "Yoshimuraya, the head of iekei ramen" in Yokohama. Since it opened in 1999, its popularity has not declined. Riding on the recent boom in Iekei Ramen, there are many Iekei Ramen shops, but only 10 shops (including the Yoshimuraya) can call themselves [Sohonzan Direct Shop]. Fans who want the taste come from far away, both inside and outside the prefecture. Another major feature of this ramen is that it has earned tremendous trust and reputation from the ramen industry.
