What an awesome day.

Morning till the afternoon was at the race site. Got to meet so many friends and new friends! Finally got to race after so long and super happy to have free drinks Früh Sport from Früh Kölsch as they are the main sponsor for the race. 😊

Late afternoon spend time with part of the Towerrunning Family. We have Slovenka @kami_chomanic from @towerrunning_slovakia and the German @goergeheimann @fuande201279 from @towerrunning_germany and me myself from @mastowerrunning 🥳

*We have a great time catching up and thanks to Andreas for a great lunch and hosting all of us here. Wonderful time spent with you all. Super lovely. ☺️

Evening was spending time with Görge's son, Jonathan. We played the spinning bottle cap game that I taught him yesterday and trying out Slacklining. We have so much fun. Glad that I tried our the trampoline too 😄

Had dinner with Görge family and finally got to meet Nico (second son) at last after meeting Ben (eldest son) on the night I arrived. Happy to meet each and everyone of them. Thanks to Claudia for preparing us the dinner. I love the salad. 😋

We have a great time chatting and sharing with each other on our journey. After the dinner, had a walk with Görge to the train station and come back home, so that tomorrow I know how to go there 😆 Thank you for showing me the easiest route.

I will be traveling to Frankfurt tomorrow morning and stay a night there. Looking forward for more new experiences. Grateful with the opportunity to travel around Germany and explore it. 🤗

Went to a non-alcoholic daytime bar the other day! The place is a super hip and vintage, and their drinks taste almost like the real one except there’s no alcohol haha. The owner used to work at Washu, so if you’re craving for some alcoholic drinks, ask nicely and I’m sure they’d be down to make you one!! Lastly, they don’t sell main dishes here but do offer finger foods(The lemon tart was quite yum!).————————————————————

滿杯紅柚 Grapefruits Special

Ingredients:

Drinkable Water (Room Temperature) --- 900 ml
Jade Oolong Tea ------------------------------------ 8 g
Grapefruits --------------------------------------------- 2 Pcs
Sugar ----------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbsp

Preparation:

1. Put the jade oolong tea leaf in tea bag. Put it into a bottle and add room temperature water into it.

2. Store the bottle in the fridge to infuse for 10 hours.

3. Prepare the grapefruits flesh from a single grapefruit.

4. Prepare 4 slices of grapefruit from another one. Squeeze out the juice from the rest of the grapefruit.

5. Add sugar to the grapefruit juice and mix well.

6. Put a piece of grapefruit slice into a glass. Add the grapefruit flesh, juice and oolong tea to finish.

【滿杯紅柚】

材料：-
室溫食用水..........900ml
翡翠烏龍茶葉.......8g
葡萄紅柚...............2個
糖...........................2湯匙

做法：-

1. 將翡翠烏龍茶葉放在玻璃瓶內，注入室溫食用水，然後放進冰箱冷藏浸泡約10小時。(可視乎自己喜愛的濃度加減茶葉的多少與浸泡時間)

2. 將一個紅柚起肉備用。

3. 另外一個紅柚切四片薄片備用；餘下的紅柚榨汁加入糖拌勻備用。

4. 杯中放紅柚薄片，加入紅柚肉、紅柚汁、冰塊、冷泡翡翠烏龍茶即成。

【Basque Burnt Cheesecake 】

材料：-
忌廉芝士................500g
鮮忌廉....................220g
糖...........................120g
雞蛋.......................3隻
低筋麵粉................12g
雲呢拿籽/香草精....少許
檸檬汁....................1/2個

做法：-
1. 忌廉芝士提前置於室温放軟，然後放入碗內，用電動打蛋器把忌廉芝士打至軟滑，逐少加入糖打至幼滑。

2. 雞蛋逐一加進碗內，分次發打均勻 。

3. 把低筋麵粉、鮮忌廉、香草籽、檸檬汁加入碗內拌勻成麵糊。

4. 將麵糊過篩，然後注入已鋪兩層牛油紙之蛋糕模內，把蛋糕模輕敲幾次，而排出多餘之氣孔。

5. 放入已預熱之烤箱，以220度烤30分鐘便可。

嗨！大家好，我是 Cassandre, 今天的『食不相瞞』，我們要來做三款消暑好喝的無酒精雞尾酒：Virgin Mojito 無酒精莫西托(還有芒果莫西多、鳳梨莫吉多)。

說起 Mojito(莫希托/莫西多/莫吉托), 第一個想到就是美國大文豪海明威，是不是真的他的最愛已不可考，但 Mojito 真的是一款好喝的調酒，薄荷葉與Lime的清新組合非常無敵，即使沒有加一滴酒精，也一樣好好喝，記得第一次喝到無酒精版本的 Mojito 是在 Clubmed，它使用黃砂糖是一絕，好喝的 Mojito 可以同時嚐到檸檬的酸味、黃砂糖的甜和顆粒口感，嘴巴裡還會綻放薄荷的清香，暑氣全消了。

無酒精的 Mojito 也叫作 Virgin Mojito, Nojito, Non-Alcoholic Mojito, 因為不含酒精，所以大人小孩都可以飲用。今天的影片除了會分享如何做經典版的無酒精 Mojito, 還同場加映芒果跟鳳梨口味的，希望大家會喜歡。😋

無酒精莫西托 怎麼作呢？
下面是三款 Virgin Mojito 的作法與食譜：

☑️ 使用的玻璃杯容量為 340ml

✎ 材料 / Ingredients
☞ 經典莫吉托/ Classic Virgin Mojito
新鮮薄荷葉 2g, 小片約12 to 14 片，大片約6-8 片
薄皮無籽綠檸檬 35g, 切成小塊
黃砂糖 20g
冰塊或碎冰 適量
氣泡礦泉水或蘇打水 適量

☞ 芒果莫希托/ Mango Mojito 🥭
新鮮薄荷葉 2g, 小片約12 to 14 片，大片約6-8 片
檸檬汁 10g
黃砂糖 10g
芒果果泥 50g
芒果丁 適量 (可不放)
冰塊或碎冰 適量
氣泡礦泉水或蘇打水 適量

☞ 鳳梨莫吉多/ Pineapple Mojito 🍍
新鮮薄荷葉 2g, 小片約12 to 14 片，大片約 6-8 片
檸檬汁 10g
黃砂糖 10g
新鮮鳳梨 50g，切小片
冰塊或碎冰 適量
氣泡礦泉水或蘇打水 適量

做法 / Instructions
☞ 經典莫吉托/ Classic Virgin Mojito
1. 杯子裡放入 20g 的黃砂糖, 50g 的檸檬角
2. 新鮮薄荷葉放在掌中，雙手合拍一、兩下以釋放香氣，用薄荷葉塗抹杯口，然後丟入玻璃杯裡，用搗碎棒以中等力道旋轉施壓，讓檸檬角的果汁擠出跟糖及薄荷精油充份融合，薄荷葉不用搗太碎，只要釋出香氣即可
3. 裝入冰塊至杯子八、九分滿，再倒入天然氣泡礦泉水或蘇打水，用攪拌棒快速撈攪底部的砂糖、檸檬與薄荷，稍微攪勻即可
4. 最後用檸檬來裝飾，即可上桌

☞ 芒果莫希托/ Mango Mojito
1. 料理機裡加入芒果果肉，打到變成果泥狀
2. 玻璃杯裡加入 10g 的黃砂糖，10g的檸檬汁以及薄荷葉，用攪拌棒攪勻，並稍微壓搗薄荷葉幫助釋放香氣
3. 加入 50g 的芒果果泥以及少量芒果果肉
4. 裝入冰塊至杯子八、九分滿，再倒入天然氣泡礦泉水或蘇打水
5. 最後用芒果裝飾，攪拌均勻後再享用

☞ 鳳梨莫吉多/ Pineapple Mojito
1. 先來做鹽口杯，取一片鳳梨沾濕杯緣，盤子上倒些鹽，然後將杯口沾滿鹽
2. 加入 10g 的黃砂糖，10g的檸檬汁與薄荷葉，以及 50g 的鳳梨，用搗碎棒以中等力道旋轉施壓，讓鳳梨的果汁釋出與糖、檸檬汁融合，薄荷葉不用搗碎，只要釋出精油香氣即可
3. 裝入冰塊至杯子八九分滿，再倒入天然氣泡礦泉水或蘇打水
4. 最後用鳳梨裝飾，喝之前再攪拌均勻
