Happy Halloween everyone!

This year was our first time trick or treating and doing Halloween activities. I’m not gonna lie, I’ve never liked Halloween. I scare easily. I told myself I’ll kinda go semi-out for this holiday and you know what? I went “barely-out” still but Isaac and Ayla had a blast. You guys will see in the next video. This month has been a heavy month for a lot of my loved ones and I’m thankful for this holiday lightening things up. I realise I probably never liked Halloween because I never did those little things growing up. It’s nice I can live them through Isaac and Ayla. Anyways what I mean to say is, HELLO CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!! ?Michael Bublè is defrosting as we speak. Do you like Halloween? How is this holiday different for you this year?

Mid Autumn festival is just round the corner! Here’s our healthier rendition to making a snowskin mooncake. To make it even more exciting, we made a DURIAN flavoured one!
As we are making the snowskin version, you don’t even need to get involved with baking - it’s really simple, you just need to ensure that you freeze the lotus paste & durian mix for it to be hard enough to work with.
A wooden mould is nice to use, but it’s highly recommended for beginners to use the plastic mould.
It’s really yummy if you intend to use Mao Shan Wang durians but it’s not a must have - now you can easily have snowskin durian mooncakes ready for the festival with your family!
