強力粉＊100g
薄力粉＊90g
ﾍﾞｰｷﾝｸﾞﾊﾟｳﾀﾞｰ＊4g
砂糖＊80g
塩＊小さじ1/4
卵＊1個
スキムミルク＊15g
バニラエッセンス＊少々
牛乳＊大さじ2
バター＊30g
抹茶パウダー＊10g
牛乳(微調整用)＊大sじゃい1～
▼コーティング
ビターチョコレート＊50g
ホワイトチョコレート＊45g
抹茶パウダー＊3g
【Ingredients : 6 Matcha Doughnut】
▼Dough
100g Bread flour
90g Cake flour
4g Baking powder
80g Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
15g Powderd milk
Vanillaessence
2 tbsp Milk
30g Melted butter
10g Matcha powder
*1 tbsp~ Milk
▼Chocolate
50g Dark chocolate
45g White chocolate
3g Matcha powder
*160~170℃(320~338゜F)
*Fly about 1 min 30sec per side.
