When I was in the 5th grade of primary school, I went to South Korea with my family on the first plane of my life! I bought the first down coat in my life as well. At that time, I only knew I need to keep warm, and I never studied what down was!

//Down is actually the feathers on the ducklings/gooses 🦆. When the ducklings/gooses are 2 months old, they begin to experience the first cruel plucking. Since then, they have been repeatedly plucked (average 4 times a year until death). The breeder grabbed the feet of the ducks and geese and began to pluck the fluff from the neck to the chest. [涼季梗係要郊遊啦～湄林區山景送飯]

其實清邁人真係好識享受，特別係踏入泰北涼季，一有時間就會揸車去郊區周圍玩周圍食，好似湄林區呢間山景餐廳出名好好View，唔止本地人，就連泰國本土遊客都會專登去~~~早排我就捉埋幾個香港朋友一齊去，餐廳戶外用餐區對正原始自然嘅山谷同梯田全景，確係舒服嘅，成個環境亦好配合到郊遊嗰種悠閒氣氛，想搵個坐得好又食得好嘅地方攤唞下，呢度啱嘢嘞XD

菜式選擇：
多元化，泰北菜+熱門泰菜超過六十款，有辣有唔辣，長者及小朋友同行都唔怕無嘢揀；Resort有自己農場種植有機蔬菜，士多啤梨、提子等則來自附近皇家計劃研究中心及果園~~~

👩🏻‍🍳食物質素：
以遊客餐廳嚟講真心唔錯，前菜泰北併盤個辣椒沾醬加咗鮮菇製成，唔係好辣，帶少少鹹魚香，伴上鹹蛋、炸魚同灼蔬菜，好適合幾個人share食~~~泰式辣碎豬肉同青咖喱雞一個大酸大辣，一個味道濃郁，都係好啱送飯嘅配搭~~~普通一碟炒菜都係用最嫩嘅位，爽甜，咬落無渣~~~唯一比較有爭議係個酸辣蝦湯配臭草煎蛋，我本身超鍾意食臭草煎蛋(再講一次，泰國臭草煎咗真係唔臭㗎^^)，不過同行幾位朋友話頂唔順湯汁有陣蝦醬味，勁嫌棄我重口味，大家自己衡量試唔試啦~~~

🏡用餐環境：
餐廳位處蒙占山風景區(Mon Cham)同叢林網床Cafe之間，附設喺一間低密度蘭納風建築嘅Resort裡面，室內用餐區有冷氣，不過去得梗係要揀Outdoor位，話晒最大賣點都係個景，而且Resort本身就喺海拔1,250米嘅高山之上，全年氣氛涼爽，坐喺出面都好舒服~~~

💰平均消費：
中價餐廳收費，埋單要另加10%服務費，人均約300-350THB/HK$78-92，想平食亦有十幾款碟頭飯可以揀，收120THB/HK$32，貴過市區靚仔少少嘅Cafe少少咁啦~~~

Shake Shack คือ ร้านเบอร์เกอร์ฟาสต์ฟู้ดตัวท็อปจากสหรัฐอเมริกา ประวัติไม่ธรรมดาเลย คือ เริ่มจากเป็นแค่รถเข็นขายฮ็อตด็อกใน Madison Square Park (New York)

ผ่านมา 17 ปี ปัจจุบันนี้ กลายเป็นร้านเบอร์เกอร์ที่เทรดอยู่ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์นิวยอร์ก (NYSE) มียอดขายหลักหมื่นล้านบาทจากกว่า 100 สาขาทั่วโลก โดยในเอเชียมีที่ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลีใต้ และสาขาน้องใหม่ที่ใกล้เมืองไทยที่สุด ก็คือ ฮ่องกง นี่แหละค่ะ

ร้านนี้ มีอะไรดี ทำไมถึงดัง? ต้องบอกว่า วัตถุดิบ เลยค่ะ โดยเฉพาะเนื้อที่ใช้ ที่อาจเรียกได้ว่า ออแกนิก เลยก็ได้ คือ เค้าจะใช้แค่เนื้อแองกัสจากวัวที่ไม่ฉีดฮอร์โมนและสารกระตุ้น แถมยังเลี้ยงโดยให้กินแต่พืช

นอกจากนี้ สิ่งที่ฟาสท์ฟู้ด เช่น แมคหรือเบอร์เกอร์คิงไม่มี ก็คือ เค้าเสิร์ฟแอลกอฮอล์ในร้านด้วย ใครสนใจ ลองถามหาเมนูเบียร์และไวน์ที่แยกออกไปต่างหากด้วยนะคะ

สำหรับ #ความอร่อย >> ลองดูรายละเอียดตามรูปนะคะ แต่พี่แป๋วขอพูดรวมๆ ตรงนี้ก่อนละกันว่า ... #พี่แป๋วชอบ 😋 (ปล. ถ้าเทียบในระดับฟาสท์ฟู้ดเหมือนกัน ไม่ใช่เทียบกับที่ขายในร้านอาหารที่ราคา HK$100up นะ) เนื้อของที่นี่ ทานแล้วรู้เลยว่าเกรดดี รสเนื้อชัด และยังมีกลิ่นหอมจากการย่าง

#ราคา >> พี่แป๋วว่า สมเหตุสมผล ค่อนไปทางถูกเมื่อดูภาพรวมทั้งหมด (รวมทำเลด้วย) โดยเมนูเป็น a la carte หมด ไม่มีเซต เบอร์เกอร์มีแค่ 6 ชนิด ราคา HK$38-86 ใครไม่ทานเนื้อ มีเบอร์เกอร์ไก่ และเบอร์เกอร์เห็ดพอร์โทเบลโล่ นอกนั้นก็มีฮ็อตด็อก มิลค์เชค ซึ่งมีเมนูเอ็กซ์คลูซีฟสำหรับฮ่องกงด้วย คือ มิลค์เชคชานม (Milk Tea Shake)

#บรรยากาศ >> ที่นั่งมีทั้งส่วน indoor และ outdoor พื้นที่กว้างมาก เตะตะกร้อเล่นได้ 555+ แถมยังตั้งอยู่บนดาดฟ้าห้าง IFC ที่จัดว่าเป็นจุดชมวิว(ฟรี)ที่สวยที่สุดแห่งนึงของฮ่องกง เพราะเห็นได้ 360 องศา ทั้งวิวอ่าววิคตอเรีย และวิวฝั่งตึกระฟ้าสัญลักษณ์ของเมือง

I have a review of this shop since early morning because this minute, it's hot. Hong Kong people are excited about the queue for hours.

Please allow me to tell the history in case anyone doesn't know.
.
Shake Shack is the top fast food burger from the United States. The history is that it starts as a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park (New York)
.
It's been 17 years. It's now a burger that is in New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). There are sales of thousands of thousands of Baht from over 100 branches around the world. In Asia. There are in Japan, South Korea and the closest to Thailand is Hong Kong. This is it.

What's good at this shop? Why is it famous? I have to say that the raw material, especially the meat that may be called organic. They will only use cuddle s from cows that don't inject hormones and stimulated by eating plants.

In addition, what fast food such as Mac or Burger King is that they serve alcohol in the shop. If anybody is interested, ask for a separate beer and wine.

For #deliciousness >> Let's see the details as shown in the photo. But sister Pam, let me say that... #phī̀ pæ̌w chxb 😋 (PS. Compared to fast food level, it's not compared to the restaurant at HK$ 100 up). The meat here is good grade and it's good and also smells good smell from the grill.

#Price >> Sister Pam said it's quite reasonable when you see all overview (including location). The menu is a la carte. No burger set. There are only 6 types. Price HK$ 38-86 Who doesn't eat meat, there is a number. Chicken and portobello mushroom burger. The rest has hot dogs, which has an exclusive menu for Hong Kong, milk tea milk tea. I'm sorry.

#Service >> Staff is half of the shop 😅 there may be some jamming but friendly.

#Atmosphere >> There are both indoor and outdoor. It can kick the takraw. It is also located on the IFC mall that is one of the most beautiful (free) spot of Hong Kong because I can see it. Haha. Victoria Bay view and skyscraper view of the city.

#Other >> The shop has just opened for over a week. The queue is about 1-1.5 hours. If anybody wants to go, please take care of

#馬灣舊村半日遊

馬灣文化古蹟館，既然到來，也不妨入內參觀一下，面積不大，平時應該會有活動舉辦，典型社區中心的感覺。中心放置了古人生活的模型，另外有一所古窯，不過被玻璃圍封，觀賞價值不大。

特意前來馬灣，目的當然不是社區中心和公園。吸引着我們的是，在網上看到馬灣碼頭一帶甚有破落感的舊村廢置建築，還有如鏡般的海景。

前排去左馬灣，玩足大半日，當時尚未限制夜市，夜晚就去左食呢間 #LittleSeoul ，氣氛食物都有驚喜！

Visited this local Korean eatery after half of a day trip in Ma Wan. Both ambiance and food were even better than my expectations. Recommended!! 

Cuisine: Korean Cuisine

Ambiance: Modern, simple, and white theme; highlighted by wooden textures
Featured Food: Korean fried chicken (Gangjeong), Bibimbap in a stone pot

Pros:
環境相當唔錯，有室外室內，檯與檯之間都算闊落，坐得算舒服，氣氛都唔錯。服務可以，飲酒傾計係一個唔錯既選擇。食品ok

The environment is quite good. There is an outdoor area facing Victoria harbour. The table and seats are both wide and comfortable. The atmosphere is good. Service is decent, Good for drink and lite bites.

Cons:
食品就反而覺得比較普通，分量ok，擺盆一般，味道可以，但唔太出色。
The food is rather ordinary, but the quality and the portion is above average in HK, presentation is normal, nothing surprise.

Overall 總體：????(4/5)
$: 300-350/Person without discount

這次是我自11歲以來第一次露營，以前跟學校去的都很辛苦，想不到原來Camping可以這麼好玩！謝謝星﹑肥仔﹑大佬﹑Desmond幾位男士為這次露營做了好多準備，讓我重新愛上去camp。Long weekend不要躲在家，出去紮個營，聽聽大自然的聲音吧！
