越熟悉自己的心理，
越了解其他人
越知道如何愛自己，
將能能愛更多人

The goal is not to change what we feel, but to become AWARE of our own projections onto our surroundings. Think of your surroundings as a mirror🪞 what do you see?
Judgements are like a personal opinion, limited information which we filter & process through our own state of mind (including experiences, traumas, hopes & fears) . Te earlier we realize that, the earlier we will be able to accept people and things for what they actually are.
The more we are familiar with our own psychology,
the more we will understand others.
The more we know how to love ourselves,
the more we will be able to love others.
