Ok I rarely put this on my social media but I think this seller is commendable. I never expected this also, I assumed it was really due to logistics cos 3rd party and we dunno where they keep the parcel so maybe due to heat and all it can damage some fresh goods.
My dragonfruit came but rosak la the outer skin and I thought of trying cos it was really the affordable one out there after comparing, but remove skin can still eat la. So I just let seller know and immediately they send me lalamove and replace for me 2 huge dragonfruit as compensation! For doing something beyond my expectations, they deserve this much awareness for their good customer service and efficiency.

I actually bought golden bridge luncheon meat after comparing the best amongst sellers then I saw their haidilao soup base and red dragon fruit also reasonably priced le. Now I know their customer service is also very efficient, it goes on top of my must-buy from sellers list for sure.
