經歷各種波折，我們挺進四強賽事，但同時粉絲頁也湧入大量留言，某部分的留言對教練、選手都是非常不公平的指責。相信大家都想知道原因也希望大家可以理性討論，也針對這幾天暫停情況在此特別說明。

首先，賽事中的暫停流程如下：
1. 裁判確認暫停原因。
2. 回報賽事人員及同步告知所有賽區賽事人員暫停原因。
3. 於暫停期間積極查找異常並修復。
4. 如果在比賽過程中無法修復，將依照情況決定繼續進行遊戲、回溯..等後續處理。

2020/12/03 對上AC第一局，因為網路不穩情形導致賽事無法正常進行，回溯後遊戲中物件消失且無法被解決，依規章說明，若回溯後出現不可被解決失誤可構成重賽要素。

2020/12/06對上BOX第六局，我們按了4次暫停，這4次暫停皆是因為同一位選手設備連續出現「不支援此配件」，而出現此錯誤訊息同時選手是完全沒有辦法正常進行遊戲，所以在每次的暫停後官方都協助更換配備，同時也因為選手在遊戲中是沒有辦法測試更換後的設備是否正常，所以只能在每次更換後開始遊戲，才會出現了4次暫停的情形。

任何選手絕對不想在設備問題下繼續比賽
暫停了這麼多次，不是選手所希望的，因為每次的暫停都有可能是漫長的等待也沒有任何的好處。
設備出現問題是不可控的，因為有時可能是在某些時候、動作觸發設備異常，即使賽前經過多方測試正常，都不能保證賽事中間設備就一定會正常。

沒有人希望設備出現狀況，官方是最不希望的，任何選手也不希望在設備有問題的情況下繼續比賽，若是在設備有情況下繼續比賽這才是真的不公平。

有些人會說，我們因為暫停所以才贏得比賽，但如同前面所提到的流程外
1. 如果沒有任何原因按下暫停，賽事主辦方、其他賽區官方根本不會同意。再者，無故按下暫停依照規章將會被官方懲處。
2. 暫停時選手是不可以互相討論的

要贏，MAD是要靠自己的實力贏下來，因為這才是真正的勝利，一切的努力才是值得的。

不過不管如何，比賽內容仍有需多要改進之處

After going through various twists and turns, we enter the semi-finals of 2020 AIC, but at the same time, a large number of comments flooded into the fan page. Some of the comments were very unfair to the coach and the players. This is the special explanation for the suspension of these days. Hope everyone can discuss rationally.

Firstly, the suspension process in the event is as follows:
1. The referee confirmed the reason for the suspension.
2. Reported the event personnel and informed all the event personnel of the suspension reason simultaneously.
3. Actively found and repaired the abnormality during the period of suspension.
4. If it cannot be repaired during the game, it will be decided according to the situation to continue the game, backtrack... and other follow-up processing.

2020/12/03 The first game against Team All Combo
Due to network instability, the event could not be performed normally. Objects in the game disappeared and could not be resolved after the backtracking. According to the regulations, if an unresolvable error occurs after the backtracking, it can constitute a rematch element.

2020/12/06 The sixth game against Team Box Gaming
We paused 4 times. These 4 pauses were all because the same player’s device continuously displayed "This accessory is not supported", and this error message appeared that the player was completely unable to play the game normally, so after each pause, the official assisted in changing the equipment. At the same time, because the players had no way to test whether the replaced equipment is normal in the game, they could only start the game after each change, therefore we called the pause 4 times.

We believe that no player is willing to continue the game with equipment problems. Pausing so many times is not what the player wanted, because each timeout may be a long wait without any benefit.
Problems with the equipment are uncontrollable. Even if it is normal after multiple tests before the game, there is no guarantee that the equipment in the competition will be normal.
No one wants to face equipment errors during games, especially the official. No player wants to continue the game with equipment problems. It will be really unfair to continue the game under this condition.

Some may still say that we won the game because of the suspension, however, in addition to the above mentioned.
1. If there is no reason to press Pause, the organizer of the event and other regional officials will not agree at all. Furthermore, if players pause without any reason, you will be officially sanctioned according to the rules of the conference.
2. The discussion is not allowed during the period of suspension.

To win the game, we must rely on our own game playing , because that is the real victory, and all the efforts are worth it.

Lastly but not the least, thanks the fans who are willing to trust us and support us.
No matter what, we still need to improve, review the content of the game and actively prepare for the semi-finals on this weekend.

履歷必須要讓雇主在瞬間認識你，至少要讓他在第一輪海選的時候留下你，再進一步考慮你。 ​

🔺Part 1. 景觀設計師撰寫履歷的6個重點:​
​
1️⃣ 看完一定要被記得的優點是?​
平均一份cv只被閱讀10幾秒，除了排版格式務必清楚好閱讀，簡潔扼要、有邏輯的條列式、重點加粗放前面等技巧別忘記，最重要的是如何讓幾秒掃過你履歷的人，記得你的優點和考慮雇用你的可能性。​

​2️⃣ 展現個人美感特色​
想成為設計師的第一步，有個人特色的設計是必須的。履歷盡可能與Portfolio呼應，讓讀者有記憶點。​
​
3️⃣ 展現特殊才華或其他經歷​
景觀設計是需要團隊合作的，因此能否在團體中與人溝通融洽、同時也能獨立作業? 或是領導一個團隊，也都是評審的重點。亮眼的學經歷的背後，即使跟景觀設計完全沒關係，如果能體現以上這些軟技能或其他個人特色，便能加分許多。​

4️⃣ 危機也是轉機​
通常學經歷中如果有gap year，可以想想怎麼寫可以讓他成為你的優勢，或著是轉換 跑道的朋友，可以強調你''喜觀學習各種事物，而接觸景觀後找到自己的志趣所在''等。​
​
5️⃣ 學校資源請多利用​
學校都會有career service部門提供cv模板或舉辦講座/workshop，帶著你寫cv，或是有修稿服務也不要錯過。另外，請教有經驗的前輩們，在國外找工作更可以少去許多冤枉路。​
​
6️⃣ 盡早準備、時時更新​
正規的CV需要有2名references(推薦人)，建議盡早準備好CV和Portfolio聯繫比較熟的老師當推薦人。另外別忘了定期更新履歷。​

🔎STAGE 1: Preparation of Portfolio, CV​

Your CV must capture your employer’s attention to learn about you and what you can offer to them immediately and effectively. This would allow your potential employer to identify and consider your application out of the hundreds of other entries they have received. ​

🔺Part 1​ - 6 key points a landscape architect should consider in their CV​
​

1️⃣ Creating a memorable CV.

An employer spends an average of 10 seconds browsing through each CV. Make your CV easy to read, concise and logically structured with a clear layout.
Remember to emphasize and highlight specific skills and key values that show that you are not only suitable for the job but would also be a good fit to the company.
Keep in mind that your ultimate goal is to capture your employer’s attention, remember your strengths and convince them to hire you.


2️⃣ A Designer’s Aesthetics.

The first steps of becoming a designer is to develop a sense of style and character in your works. It is crucial that your CV and Portfolio both echo the same key theme and message. This would help establish an identity that would make your application much more memorable.

3️⃣ What can you offer other than academic experience?

Landscape architecture is a multidisciplinary profession that revolves heavily around teamwork. Mentioning soft skills and personal qualities such as being an adaptable team-player who can also work independently or even lead a team would be strengths that set you apart from other applicants.

4️⃣ With change brings new opportunities.

For students who have a gap year in their academic studies, think about how you can include this additional experience to your advantage.
For career switchers, you can consider sharing how your previous experiences have sculpted your design journey, your joy and curiosity of learning different subjects and how you finally found interest within the realm of landscape architecture.

5️⃣ Making the Most of Your University’s Resources.

Every university would have a career service department which provides CV templates or hold lectures/workshops that give guidance in writing your CV, checking and reviewing it.
Reaching out to experienced graduates and peers for their advice regarding overseas job applications would also help reduce the amount of time and effort spent on unnecessary work and improve success rates.

6️⃣ Prepare early and update frequently.

A CV would normally require you to include 2 letter of recommendations (Referees). It is recommended that you plan ahead and prepare your CV and Portfolio as early as possible for review.
At the same time, approach professors/advisors who know you well, ask for their permission and request them to be your referee – It is time-consuming to write and they might have multiple request as well, give buffer time! Meanwhile, remember to update your CV regularly.

-- Kurt Thomas was so happy to be staying with the New York Knicks, he almost couldn't miss.

Thomas celebrated the passing of another uneventful trading deadline -- at least for him -- by scoring 21 points on 10-for-11 shooting to lead the New York Knicks past the Philadelphia 76ers 113-101 Thursday night.

"I haven't been moved yet, so I might end up finishing my career here," said Thomas, whose name was mentioned most frequently in pre-deadline trade speculation.

Thomas also grabbed 12 rebounds, and Tim Thomas shot 10-for-14 and scored 27 points for New York.

Philadelphia, which had only eight players in uniform -- none of them named Chris Webber -- was led by Allen Iverson's 29 points. Webber, acquired late Wednesday night from Sacramento, will make his Philadelphia debut Saturday against his old team, the Kings. He did not travel with the Sixers.

Stephon Marbury had 17 points and 12 assists, and Jamal Crawford added 16 points and nine assists for New York, which also was short-handed after trading Nazr Mohammed, Moochie Norris, Vin Baker and Jamison Brewer earlier in the day.

The Knicks outscored Philadelphia 32-22 in the fourth quarter to secure the win. Tim Thomas had 14 points in the final period, going 3-for-3 on 3-pointers, while Kurt Thomas had 12 on 6-for-6 shooting.

Philadelphia, which needed to have eight players in uniform, brought journeyman Jason Lawson to New York in case an extra body was necessary. But Rodney Rogers -- acquired from New Orleans earlier in the day in a three-player trade -- flew to New York aboard Hornets owner George Shinn's private jet and arrived at the arena less than an hour before tipoff, prompting the Sixers to send Lawson home.

Rogers scored just six points in 20 minutes, and he missed a 3-pointer and a layup on Philadelphia's first two possessions of the fourth quarter as the Knicks opened the period with an 8-0 run to take an 89-79 lead.

Philadelphia closed within five before Kurt Thomas hit a pair of corner jumpers, making him 9-for-10 from the field and giving the Knicks a nine-point lead with 6:30 left. Tim Thomas added three 3-pointers over the final 4:20.

"I don't care who is on our basketball team," 76ers coach Jim O'Brien said. "Our team has to make a decision, at some point and time, that we are going to pay the price and be a good defensive basketball team.

"You defend, you win. If you don't, you lose," O'Brien said.

Kurt Thomas started at center and is expected to man that position for the remainder of the regular season.

He spoke with Isiah Thomas on the telephone after the 3 p.m. trade deadline passed, and the Knicks' president reminded him he kept his word by not dealing him away.

"I hear (trade rumors) every year," Kurt Thomas said. "Wouldn't you be interested in what I do out there?"

Game notes

Five members of the International Olympic Committee's selection delegation, who finished a four-day inspection visit to New York earlier in the day, sat front and center on celebrity row -- the best seats in the house. One of the delegates held his hands out when the Knicks' dancers were throwing T-shirts into the stands during the fourth quarter, but he didn't get the freebie. ... Despite their shortage of big men and bodies, the Knicks did not use 7-foot-2 center Bruno Sundov.
