4年後,第一次食老麥早晨全餐 ☀️
幾日前老麥終於推出素食早餐,恕我是個超級晚起的人,到今朝才有動力10:59踏進老麥,買下今天最後一份早餐 😅 首先必須要講食得老麥,就預左所有食物都是不健康,素食唔一定等於健康!我大部分時間都是在家用膳,飲食相對較健康,但不時口痕也會食零食:素薯片、素雪糕等垃圾食物 😁
很多肉食朋友高呼「新餐肉」是假肉,要食就要知道自己食緊咩,而不是人工做的假肉,更批評素食朋友齋口唔齋心 🤣 睇到這類評語真的很無奈,難道食真肉就知道自己真正食緊咩嗎?以為單純地只是食緊肉?這塊「肉」如何得來?如何為你身體和環境帶來負擔?你又有否真正了解過呢?有人把「新餐肉」和「傳統餐肉」作比較,卻只比較其總脂肪,為何重點總被忽略?「傳統餐肉」含有壞膽固醇和硝酸鹽,係致癌物質啊!致癌!致癌!致癌!!!
總知,我食「新餐肉」只是過下口癮,不建議大家經常食用,盡量以整全食物為主吧 🥑 而老麥早餐不過不失吧,沒有特別驚喜,純素朋友要食就要走蛋,想配奶茶卻沒有豆奶,外賣打包竟然唔俾我自備餐盒,說是衛生問題 🧐 WHY?
4 years later, my first breakfast at McDonald's ☀️
A few days ago, McDonald's finally launched a vegetarian breakfast. Forgive me for being a super late-rise person. Only now I have the motivation to step into McDonald's at 10:59 and buy the last breakfast today. 😅 First of all, I have to say be prepared all the food at McDonald's is unhealthy (everyone knows). Vegetarian food is not necessarily healthy! I spend most of my time eating at home, and my diet is relatively healthy, but from time to time I also eat snacks: vegan potato chips, vegan ice cream and other junk food 😁
Many meat-eating friends chanted that "Omnipork Luncheon Meat" is fake meat. They even criticize veg people: If you want to eat something, you must know that what you are exactly eating instead of artificial meat 🤣Come on! Do you think you really know what you are exactly eating when you have a bite of the real meat? You think it's just eating meat? How does this piece of "meat" come from? How does it burden your body and environment? Have you ever really know it? Some people compare the "Omnipork Luncheon Meat" with the "Traditional Luncheon Meat", but only compare their total fat. Why is the focus always ignored? "Traditional Luncheon Meat" contains bad cholesterol and nitrates, which are carcinogens! Carcinogenic! Carcinogenic! Carcinogenic! ! !
I eat the "Omnipork Luncheon Meat" just to relieve my taste addiction. It is not recommended for everyone to eat it regularly. Try to focus on whole foods 🥑 Back to the veg breakfast at McDonald's, there are no special surprises. For vegans, you need to take out the egg, I want to serve with milk tea but they don't have soy milk. They even don't allow me to use my own lunch box for takeaway. They claimed it is a hygiene problem 🧐 WHY?

In recent years, obesity has become one of the most serious health problems among people of all ages, especially children. Although there are people who believe that the government should take the full responsibility to find the solutions for this problem, I would argue that parents and schools also play a vital role in dealing with the issue.
On one hand, there are several effective solutions on this problem that the government should consider. First, the government may conduct official conferences and news on the symptoms and effects of obesity to raise public awareness. By this way, people will be encouraged to have an active, healthy diet and lifestyle. Second, advertisements on foods and drinks that contain high level of sugar and fat should be restricted on TV and other means of mass media. In fact, since 2017, a ban on junk foods and soft drinks advertisement before 9 p.m. has come into effect by the UK.
On the other hand, parents and schools are also responsible for maintaining low level of obesity among their children. One of the main causes that make children overweight and unhealthy is the choice of daily diet by their parents. A healthy nutritional balanced diet is necessary for every children to grow up normally without having any serious diseases. As the lack of physical exercises can also lead to an obese child, an adequate amount of physical education sessions needs to be held weekly by schools for their young students to keep fit and stay healthy.
To conclude, childhood obesity has become a rising issue in modern society, but I strongly believe that it can still be controlled if the government, parents, and schools get together to help our children.

Whenever i'm asked on 1 important tip for fat loss or muscle gain, I'll always preach on prioritizing the same thing and that is reducing chronic inflammation. The less inflame you are, the more effective your body is at heling itself, detoxifying toxins and absorbing nutrients
.
The problem with most people today is that they are so chronically inflammed and they don't even realise it. From the food and drinks they cosume to the stress from the environment such as junk light, pollutants and even physical stress such as working out 'more' or training 'harder' to burn more calories or intending to stimulate more muscle growth which only backfires because those factors actually increase inflammation and so they never achieved or sustained their results long term

You need to know how to manage your inflammation well when living in today's world throughout all stages in our life. This is done via 'hacks' and not relying on short term shortcuts such as drugs or supplements

No one is perfect, i am not any close to perfect and my skin problem is one of my imperfection. I want to share my acne experience and tips for better skin in this video with you. I hope anyone who have acne problem will find your solution to control it soon. You are not alone and please do not give up. Most importantly, please remember inner beauty is what matters the most :)
From my experience, you should try to avoid food that like seafood, beef, duck, soft drinks,chips,spicy food,junk food..fruits like mango and pineapple. I have a very long list and please do ask me if you want to know more about this.
Some tips I would want to share with you for better skin:
1. Drink water! - it is very important to drink 8 cups of water each day
2. Do more exercise - avoid swimming though when you have active breakout
3. Eat clean, eat healthy, eat more fruits and vegetables!
4. Choose the right skincare! -VERY IMPORTANT!!
5. Choose the right cosmetic! - Avoid oil base beauty products
6. Change your pillow case regularly
7. Sleep early and wake up early
8. Smile more, stay happy and positive :)
