千層蛋糕
Multi-Layered Crepe Cake
材料：
全蛋 5顆
鬆餅粉 200g
牛奶 250g
(可依各家鬆餅粉的比例做調整)
糖粉 適量
調色汁：
原味牛奶 50g
火龍果汁 50g
藍柑橘酒 60g
抹茶牛奶 62g
(抹茶粉12g+牛奶50g調勻)
Ingredients:
5 whole eggs
200 grams pancake flour
250 grams plain milk
(adjust this according to the ratio of pancake flour)
A suitable amount of powdered sugar
Food Coloring Juices:
50 grams plain milk
50 grams dragon fruit juice
60 grams blue Curaçao Liqueur
62 grams green tea milk
(12 grams green tea powder mixed thoroughly with 50 grams of milk)
作法：
1. 將所有材料拌勻成麵糊。(此為1份的麵糊份量)
2. 將作法1的麵糊加入其中一個口味的調色汁。
3. 重複作法1、2，分別加入4種不同口味的調色汁，做成4色麵糊。
4. 熱平底鍋，抹上少許油，倒入適量作法3的麵糊，煎成蛋糕皮。
5. 重複作法4，各別煎出多層4色蛋糕皮。
6. 將一層蛋糕皮抹上一層馬斯卡邦奶油餡，重複此步驟至蛋糕皮用完，再撒上糖粉即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Place all ingredients into the batter and mix well.
(This is 1 part of the batter weight.)
2. Take the batter from step 1 and add the food coloring liquid.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for adding four different colors of food coloring juice, making different 4 colors of batter.
4. Heat up a frying pan and pour in a little oil. Pour in a suitable amount of batter from the previous steps. Grill the crepe pancakes.
5. Repeat step 4 for the four individual colors of pancakes.
6. Coat the pancake surfaces with a layer of Masikabang stuffing. Repeat this procedure for all the pancakes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar in the desired amount.
馬斯卡邦奶油餡
材料：
1馬斯卡邦300g
2動物性鮮油200g
2砂糖40g
2白蘭地5g
作法：
1.將所有材料2混合打發。
2.馬斯卡邦起司打軟，再與作法1混合拌勻即可。
Masikabang cream filling
Ingredients:
1 300 grams masikabang cream cheese
2 200 grams lard
2 40 grams sugar
2 5 grams brandy 5G
Preparation Method:
1. Gather and mix all ingredients from ingredients-2.
2. Knead the mixture from step 1 into the Maskibang cream cheese from ingredients-1.
