深層心理學 (Depth Psychology) 專家諾伊曼 (Erich Neumann) 認為，要接受自己的不完美是一項艱鉅的任務。他繼承榮格 (Carl Gustav Jung) 的思想，認為人性是由光明和陰影 (shadow) 構成的，而道德意識往往造成對陰影的壓抑、抑制、排斥，如此則會形成另一種破壞的力量。文明社會的集體生活需要靠道德來維持秩序，但忽略了陰影對人心的原始作用，則會把陰影的消極部分投射到他者身上，即把陰影當作異己的外部來加以鬥爭、懲罰和消滅。於是就會出現「替罪羊」——被汙名化、他者化 (othering) 的精神病患，難逃被當作代罪羔羊的宿命。相較於理智、秩序的所謂「正常人」，精神病患往往被視為失序、沒有理智的「不正常人」。對精神病患的恐懼，其實反映了眾人對於自己內心「陰影」的深層恐懼。

How old are you?
I’m 21
What foundation shade would you go for?
I usually get the lightest shade in order to get a cleaner complexion for a heavy eye/lip makeup.(i.e.010 for Dior) But I usually go for B10 for Chanel; 100 for Dior for natural complexion.
What camera and lens are you using?
For sit down videos, I use canon 500D with 50mm F/1.8 STM len or Ricoh GR; and Nikon P310 for vlogs.
What do you study at uni?
Psychology
What is your hair colour?
I bleached it into grade 8 for highlighted part and dyed to silvery dark blonde. And base colour is jade dark brown on grade 5.
