I’m interested in protecting Kentucky’s economy.”) Science’s fallibility, which allows revision on the basis of new information, can leave it sidelined because ‘the jury’s still out’."

Dr. Jane Goodall, UN Messenger of Peace, world-renowned primatologist
and environmental activist, will be visiting Taiwan this November to talk
with young people about their roles in a world filled with uncertainty.

Climate change, war and violence, discrimination and intolerance, poverty, the degradation
of our natural environment - these are challenges that stare us in the face every day.
Our future is compromised if we do not actively participate in the global movement
of changing the course of the world.

Dr. Jane Goodall, at a sprightly 82 years, has been inspiring people all over the world for over
fifty years. As her understanding and passion deepen, her work has evolved as well.
With 32 offices around the world, Dr. Jane Goodall and her colleagues in the Jane Goodall Institute are trying to make the world a better place for the animals and the human community.

We are changing the world. We invite you to be part of the change,
to lead the change, and to BE the change.

Jobs? In this apocalypse? It’s more likely than you think. It’ll also be more likely if we would just PAY ATTENTION to the ocean. That’s what Dr. Jason Scorse taught Nature N8 as his professor: protecting our seas is good for the economy.

Jason is the Director of the Center for the Blue Economy, and a professor at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, where N8 did his Master’s! In their conversation, N8 and Jason talk about the U.S. ocean policy, blue jobs, veganism, and how each and every one of us need to take action in this climate movement.
